Pros- As far as a being a client goes, they are pretty great, responsive to my advise and flexible when schedules conflict. I usually drop by their offices once every two weeks to check in, the work atmosphere is relaxed and I always feel welcome. They have a good sense for business and the workload has gradually increased over time (a good thing). Their clients seem to enjoy them and, from what I've seen, tend to stick around. Cons- As the company has expanded they have sometimes placed a lot of work me at once, sometimes filling up my plate too much and making it hard balance their projects with those of my other clients.
