Second paycheck was lost in the mail, and nobody knew where it was. Come to find out, it was sent to a completely different address!! So she got a handwritten check, and when she asked about the paystub, she was told "just look online". Gee thanks. And to top it all off, her check was RETURNED. That is not a good sign!! And again, nobody knew anything about it. Nobody returns calls, emails, texts, YET AGAIN. It's bs, and it's against the law! I'll be filing with the BBB. Final: don't work here. There are plenty of staffing agencies in the area with the same opportunities that can pay you ON TIME and return your calls!!

She was working her call list and did not call me back. I called again and left a second message for Paris the next day and was never called again. I feel as though I was "checked off the list". The other person that I spoke to seemed to care more about her job duties and explained to me that their phone lines are often poor at Kelly Services. I am a highly skilled, experienced and credentialed worker and I felt that I was not given the slightest opportunity to even have one conversation.

The appointment was on a Saturday, so they are awesome about being available on the weekend. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was very helpful and informative. Very easy to work with and explained anything I didn't understand. He was very professional and just very nice. Because I had to FedEx my prints and get them back as soon as possible, he let me drop them off at a FedEx facility, so they would go out on Saturday instead of having to wait until Monday to be picked up at their facility.
