I moved out of the register lines to check my bag because her look was offsetting and realized my earrings I just purchased weren't in the bag, only 4 items were. My husband grabbed the receipt from me and walked back up to the counter and only had to say "earrings" and she immediately grabbed them from behind the counter and gave them to him. Never in my life have I witnessed something as immature, unprofessional and such a disgusting human being. So before you leave I'd make sure they don't try stealing anything from you. Doubt this was her first time doing this so I attached this photo, hopefully management can look into this and not let it happen again.

I've never once had a positive customer service experience from this location and today takes the cake. I sincerely doubt I'll e er shop at American Eagle or Aerie ever again after this experience and I have reached out to corporate to get a resolve because it was THAT bad. I had an online order. that I had shipped to store for pick up to avoid paying for shipping. You are supposed to have 7 days from the arrival. 3 days later I got an automated text saying it was going to be canceled if I didn't pick it up by the next day. I called was like hat is going on? They "extended it" to Monday (5 days after arrival) The gorl I spoke to was very short with me and very rude. The next day I got he same text. I call back and go trhough it again. The next day (Monday) I get it again and call to say hi this should be her till Wednesday, I was coming in today but I don't feel well so I'll be there tomorrow (Tuesday) fine we'll "extend it" (again should be fine until Wednesday) 10 am rolls around which is when they open on Tuesday and I get a text saying my order was canceled. So I call again, (This is the 4th call about one order), to ask what is going on, also to say don't cancel it as you just opened so it should be in your stock room. I'm on the phone for 47 min, speak with 4 people, including the manager and an assistant manager, only to be told first "sorry they shouldn't have canceled it and sent that text, not sure why that happened" then, 47 min later "we never canceled your order and we don't send the texts corporate does..." so lots of different information, lots of wasted time. No one gave me a name while on the phone, at any point in any of the calls. When I got here to pick it up they couldn't initially find it (seriously?) but they found it. I asked for the manager and assistant manager's names (as they did't give them to me o the phone) and the girl at the dest DIDN'T KNOW EITHER OF HER MANAGERS NAMES. She had to ask someone else. What? How? Customer service matters. They don't get that here.

If you're looking for something to do call to find out dates & times for when they will host their trading card/ sticker event(s). I found this store online when searching for soccer (fútbol) turf shoes for my Little. I ordered a size 13 adult instead of 13c for little kids and requested 2 day shipping since we had an event in a few days at the US Soccer Headquarters & Training Center. When I received the shoes on time I discovered my error. I went online and started a return and I was given the option to mail back for a fee or find a local store to complete the return. I soon discovered there are two stores in the Atlanta, Georgia (Doraville & Marietta) area. As much as I love shopping online, it is nice to touch and try on items until you know fit. When I arrived at the Doraville store almost 3 weeks after I generated the return QR code I did not have any problems. Mr. Oscer was helping someone at the register and had to research something. He greeted me immediately and kindly explained he would be with me in one moment. I was allowed to walk around with the box of shoes I brought from home and at some point chose to just leave them on the counter so I didnt have to hold them. As soon as Oscer was done he processed my return without any problems or complaints. He just needed my QR code and asked for order number. He was professional enough to let me know he was training the employee standing next to him. He asked if I needed help with anything else once the return was completed. While at the store I ended up purchasing some thinner socks that my child won't complain about. Oscar educated me on proper fit for shin guards and found a pair for my son that has more breathable material. I also learned about the World Cup official sticker collection and purchased a book and collector stickers.

The owner was the only working, so all the customers in the store had to wait their turn. He announced to all of us that his inventory has been depleted, but he'll find some shoes for everyone. Once it was our turn, he asked my husband his size. I then informed the owner that my husband has never properly fitted. He ignored my remark and fetched a pair of shoes from the back. My husband did not have any evaluation of his walk, sizing of his feet, or anything else that involves a proper fitting. He tried on the shoes, was asked how they fit, and we were on our way. Thank goodness the shoes that were selected I am quite familiar with and do believe they were a good bet for someone who didn't have a fitting. But we'll never know. The price was fair as well. This week, I made it my mission to find myself my first authentic one as an adult! Immediately, I remembered Laredo. I work as a Costumer in the Film & Television Industry, and years back, I used to assist a beloved Costume Designer on shopping trips to Plaza Fiesta. Since I had the day off, I decided to come in with my boyfriend. The shop is just as I remembered--filled with lots of great pieces. They have an assortment of price ranges, which is great, and everything is good to excellent quality! Jose, the lovely salesman who assisted us, was fantastic! He was so kind, personable, and helpful. He even measured my head so I would know what my size was (surprisingly, I had never done it myself), and used a hook to bring down the options I was looking at. Some I found to be a little out of my desired price range, so when I humbly informed him of this, he politely guided us over to other options that were more in my budget. I ended up leaving with the perfect first hat for me. Jose told me that if I come back with my receipt, on weekends, they have a man who comes in to shape the hats to your desired shape based on the chart provided, and do a cleaning too, complimentary for first(?) purchases. I look forward to coming back and buying more things! I've already got an ongoing list!
