The worst part of the deal is; is that the technicians knew that the screens sucked from previous complaints. Anyway to make my rant longer they agreed to replace my screen with a better quality screen once they are in stock which is fine except for the fact that I have to take time out of my busy day to do it. Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast. At the end of the day I will use their services in the future; any business can have an imperfect day as long as they implement real time corrections to the customer as was done here.

Anyway, tears and panic ensued. I knew to turn it off and flip it over but watching cider drip from between the keys, I also knew I was going to need help getting this thing dried out. We brought it to this shop, and the told the staff what happened. The customer service was amazing. They were so helpful, didn't preach or lecture, they took it right away, scrubbed it, took it apart, dried it out, put it back together, and had it back to us in under 30 minutes.
