I use Globe every time I travel. Don't understand why everyone who parks at the airport in extended lot doesn't use Globe. The price is about the same. You get a ride to the airport and dropped off in front and you get a ride back to your car which is a wonderful thing especially in the winter where they have your car ready and warmed up. Wouldn't waste my time parking at airport. This is the best way to go. read more

Easy access to get to the airport. Getting back to globe from the airport was a 35 minute wait. Two Charlie Brown, two Parking Spot, numerous hotel vans, and three fast park arrived before one Globe. This added an hour to my travel. The gentleman driving was courteous. read more

I don't fly often, and typically don't use airport parking services, but I tried Globe because my flight home was scheduled to arrive well after midnight. The staff were super helpful. And I was really pleased at how accommodating they were when my return flight was delayed. They definitely provided above and beyond service, and brightened the end of my trip when I'd had a miserable long slog getting back to Pittsburgh. read more

Our experience with Globe was exceptional! Our family group of 7 had an early flight, so instead of leaving our home in WV at 3AM with cranky teenagers, we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and used the Globe courtesy shuttle. Our driver, Joe, was awesome, and made the ride to the airport so much fun with his humor and trivia questions at each red light. Upon return, we had a different driver (I forget his name) who picked us up within minutes of our baggage claim and dropped us off and unloaded our luggage right at our vehicles. It was another great experience. Going forward, we will be using Globe for our park & ride to the airport, rather than using the overpriced and somewhat sketchy long-term parking at the airport. read more

Drop off was fine. Pick up took a lot longer than expected. We get to our vehicle and it's caked with bird poop, tree sap and what looked like a soft drink spilled all over the side of my car. Husband went inside to inquire where our car was parked during our 6 day stay and the girl at the front desk could care less. I get the day to day rain/dirt but this was ridiculous. The hidden fees are also not worth the stay- paid $70 instead of the advertised $5ish a day which would have been $40 NOT $70. I would follow the other bad reviews on not stay here. read more

normally I park with globe parking but I will say last time I parked (November 2024) I left my Columbia coat in my trunk and about a week or so after their service and actually needed my coat it was missing. had Omni heat reflective material and someone got a free coat. Keep an EYE on your luggage! Couple things you never considered, when the driver puts the luggage in the back of the van, Globe is not taking responsibility for it. We rode with them and two other couples. They unloaded our luggage and gave it to another party, at the second stop, they took off with it. When we got to our stop, the other party's luggage was there and ours was gone. When we checked their luggage for a name or number, there was nothing but junk in the suitcase. Beware, Globe will take ZERO responsibility for your possessions that are in their care. Worst experience ever. read more

I always park at Globe. I open my trunk and immediately I am helped with my luggage. Go in and sign in and leave my key. Am dropped off near my check in. I am sent a text message and when I come back I text them after I get my luggage. I seldom have to wait more than 5 min. When we arrive back at the garage the driver puts my luggage in the car for me. This is such a big help when you are older. They are always pleasant and helpful. I do tip a little extra as they handle my suitcases for me. read more

I am a true Globe fan! I have been traveling throughout the pandemic for work. At first, I was parking at the airport. I don't like to do that normally, but at one point-the price was amazing. Well...the airport parking prices are back up with little to no shuttle service. We were traveling on a 5AM flight-yep you heard me right-5AM. Needed to be at the airport by 3:30AM at the latest. I did not want to walk through the airport parking lot at that time. So I thought I'd explore other options. GLOBE is it! I found them in the middle of the morning-and they were so pleasant and easy to deal with. From the front desk staff to the shuttle driver-our experience was terrific. Price was perfect and knowing that I can also get a car wash or an oil change while I'm away-that is the icing on the cake! This is my new favorite place and I'll be using them for my next trip! read more

Poor Service, Argumentative Driver. Flight arrived at 1am; called Globe; they said go to Door 2. We waved the Globe bus down; Driver opened the door and said "You're at the wrong gate". We were told Door 2. He said "You're wrong it's Door 8." I said they said Door 2. He said "It's 8 you're wrong". He shut the doors and LEFT my wife and I there. We called and they admitted they said Door 2! Now my wife and I are the only ones at the terminal. We waited for another bus. When we arrived to pay, we advised we forgot the coupon. They still charged us full price; no discount, nothing for our troubles! We've been using Globe for over 20 years. They failed. We'll park at the Airport or a competitor next time. read more

The parking lot is extremely difficult to find. I mentioned some additional signage would be helpful. When the buses are parked there, knowing where the entrance is located will be near impossible. Once you pull in, it's not clear where to go or where to park. The staff is either young and inexperienced working with the public and therefore come across as not caring, or older and just ride because of being jaded. I get it, everyone has a bad day, but my return to get my car was met with a driver who told me he never has problems finding the entrance. (Told is a nice term... he yelled at me!) Well, getting to this place once versus 100s of times a day is a very different story. I will not use them again. Other options with nicer staff and covered parking that's about the same distance to the airport. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different place. read more

Absolutely disgusted. I have used Globe parking many times before. However, more recently their standards have shifted. I parked my car for a week while out of the country. When my car was brought out there was a nest of ants laying eggs in the door of my car. Hundreds of them. After cleaning them out myself, I went to the desk to report this. The staff wrote a report but didn't offer to wash the car or anything. Even though I asked for a car wash prior to leaving my car there. So I had to essentially pay to have my car infested with ants and did not get the service I originally asked for. One staff member attempted to contact the owner so I could speak with him saying he would "be right back". I waited and no one came. I was told The manager "likely took his car and left because he wasn't scheduled to be there". I was told by another staff member that there wasn't anything they can do to alleviate this problem. Nothing. The customer service at this establishment is abhorrent and the management is lackadaisical and quite rude. Clearly the premises has an issue with pest control. All terrible qualities of a place that you are trusting your vehicle with. I'm not sure what has happened to this company but I am disgusted. They have lost my trust and I will never park here again. Furthermore, I know plenty of people who have used Globe in the past and I have already deterred them from returning. read more

I highly recommend Globe Parking when flying out of Pittsburgh. In fact- This review would be 4.5 stars if it were possible. Their parking system and transportation to the airport were flawless, and really convenient. The price was quite reasonable, and actually made it easier for a handicapped person than parking at the airport's lot. Globe drops you off and picks you up at the door of the terminal. *By the way, I had never flown from Pittsburgh before as I live closer to Cleveland, Ohio. This trip was a one-off occasion. Globe offers other services while your car is parked, such as oil changes, car washing, and more. That price was also reasonable, so I chose a car wash & paste wax while out of town for a week. However- When I returned, the front grille of the car was still covered in bugs, and the rocker panels were as dirty as when I left it. No manager was there at the time, so the person at Globe's desk gave me the number of the separate company that does the wash/wax jobs. Their owner said he didn't know what road conditions his worker drove through taking the car back to the Globe, but wanted me to send him pictures to confirm the problem. He said he'd probably offer me a discount on another wash & wax. Turns out that your vehicle gets driven a few miles off site for the wash. I had never been told about this, nor had I given permission for anyone to drive my car off the premises. Had I been asked, I'd have said NO. Hence, the deduction of one star. (**Attn Globe: NOBODY should take a car away without written consent of the owner. Consider the liabilities.) * I decided to call the manager at Globe, and talked with him. He was absolutely great, and in an instant offered to refund the cost of the wash & wax, after a sincere apology. I really appreciate that he took responsibility for the issue, even though the problem came from a subcontractor of Globe's. He was very professional and pleasant, and said that HE would deal with the auto detailer. For that reason I'm still willing to recommend Globe. Manager Will did the right thing without any arguments or excuses. If I ever fly out of Pittsburgh again, I will most definitely use Globe. - I won't do the car wash service again, though. read more

Parked here at the recommendation of my brother in law. Drop off was fine. But pick up was a disaster! Me and a large group of other people waited at the airport for over 45 min waiting for a van. When a van finally came, there was about 50+ people waiting. Obviously you can't fit all those people in a small van. So it took even longer to get back after a long day of flying. Eventually I called an Uber to get me to the lot. Called the next day to speak to manager and explained what happened. Never received a call back. This has now been a month. Park somewhere else unless you want to wait a super long time to get back! read more

This is the courtesy shuttle for Hilton Garden Inn in Moon Township, PA. We've currently been waiting at door 8 at Pittsburgh Airport for over half an hour since I called. The card says not to call until you have your luggage & are waiting. We followed those instructions. If you get stuck relying on this service, you should call as soon as you land. read more

It was my first time here on a recommendation of a friend and I will never park at the airport ever again. They are wonderful! I thought when I arrived that I would have to wait for a shuttle but they were ready to get me out to the airport quickly. I only waited 5 min. The driver was really personable and assisted me with my luggage. Upon return, my flight was really delayed and I didn't get back to Pittsburgh until after midnight. After calling with my ticket number, they arrived for pickup in about 15 min. Upon arrival to their parking lot, my car was ready and warmed up! Again, they assisted me with my luggage! Exhausted from my delayed flight, they really made my night! It was so nice to get into an already warm car to make the long drive home. I left my car with Globe for 5 days. They offered add on services so I requested a car wash and vacuum. When I returned to my car none of the services had been provided. No one notified me that they weren't done, the just left my key in my car. I went into the office and asked why the services were not completed and they said "we didn't get a chance to get it done". If I could give ZEEO stars I would. I HAD been a loyal customer of nearly 20 years until today. The straw that broke the back - they blatantly LIED for the third time in a row about bad weather being the reason they did not do the car wash and cleaning I requested. Today was a beautiful and sunny day, I monitored hourly while traveling half expecting this BS excuse. When I went inside and confronted the cashier I was told 'that is what we are supposed to say'. The real answer - they are short staffed. DON'rT LIE about staffing issues. Everyone know staffing is difficult. Your lying cost you one of your most loyal customers who has spent thousands parking here over the years. Unfortunate. This place used to be great. It is now a sham, with high prices and HORRIBLE service that lies about why they don't do what they say they will do. read more

I parked at the Sheraton Suites Alexandria Parking Lot and was told upon my arrival that I would have to come into the hotel to fill out a form before I parked in the lot. On my way in, the shuttle bus driver told me that he left on the hour and that if I was not back within a couple minutes he would leave me. Well, I was about 5 minutes late after filling out the form and parking and he did leave me. I had to pay a taxi to the airport. When I returned from my trip, I called the shuttle bus phone number for the hotel about 9:10 pm to ask for the 10 pm shuttle. At 10:15 pm the shuttle came down the street and rolled right passed me. The hotel front desk told me that the bus must have been too full and that another shuttle would not arrive for another half hour, so I waited until exactly 10:50 pm to be picked. The kicker was that when I got back to the lot of the hotel garage, the gate would not open for me so that I could retrieve my vehicle. l then went inside the hotel and the hotel manager told me that since I was late picking up my car I would be charged additional fees (I had prepaid for parking already). My advice is to choose another hotel with a different shuttle service because this experience was horrible. read more

Yeah, I'll stick to airport parking next time. First and foremost, this place is $7.50 a day (with AAA discount) making it only 50 cents cheaper than extended parking at the airport. Dropping the car off was fine and dandy, but picking our car up was a whole other experience. After a red eye flight from Vegas, we were absolutely exhausted. We called immediately after getting off of our flight and were told we had 15 minutes to get to the shuttle stop by baggage claim. When we got there (well within the 15 minutes) we ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle. We called about 10 minutes after arriving and not seeing the shuttle and were told one was on the way and we "just missed it". During the time we waited, we saw the extended parking shuttle drive by 5 times, The Parking Spot shuttle 4 times, and the Sheraton hotel shuttle twice. We were dumbfounded on what could be taking so long. Another gentleman was waiting for Globe as well and was quite annoyed. When we arrived, our shuttle driver did not apologize and was wearing sunglasses, even though it was overcast and not sunny at all... suspicious. Everyone on our shuttle was annoyed and we all expressed dissatisfaction at the counter. The gentleman working took 1 day of parking off of each of our bills, and LITERALLY said that he thinks the driver "forgot" to come back. Yeah. That happened. Poor excuse from the shuttle driver and a poor excuse from the gentleman behind the counter. After a red eye flight, waiting for almost an hour for the shuttle to our car was the absolute worst. We will stick to airport parking from now on. Never again will we park with Globe. read more

(Criminal Thieves) I just got my car today (4-10-18) and I found that these Son of Bs have cracked my windshield (Big crack). When I called them their answer was " It can happen because of the cold weather and we are "Happy" to tell you that we can do nothing for you since we don't cover cracked windshield" .[I lived in Upstate NY where it gets -25 and never cracked]. Also I left money (not much) about $22 and they stole it! they also stole my headphone(Expensive) that I use in the gym so I leave in the car. Guys - Please let's work together to bring down this shady business and have all the criminal workers fired and sued.......Imagine since they damage cars and steal belongings they might definitely use these cars for criminal activities while people are gone. We used Globe April 12th to the 18th. When we picked our Brand new 2024 dodge truck it at 930 pm. When we got it in we could smell something but didn't pay much attention since we had been traveling all day and had another couple wit us. The next day when we hot in the truck it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and had ashes all over the arm of the door, down next to the door on the floor and all over the back seat!! We do not smoke!! This is a brand new truck wit only a few thousand miles. We have called several times with NO RETURN CALL. POOR POOR BUSINESS!! The lady my husband spoke to his first phone call there said we were not the first complaint. We have used them for 16 years with no problem. You think they would make this right to keep our business we will be looking for a new parking place. I am telling everyone I know about this. I have told everyone in the past to use them. BEWARE!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience using Globe Parking on my trip last week. I used their services many times, and never had a problem. I happened to take a photo of my odometer before leaving. Right when I picked my car, I found a candy wrapper in the driver's seat, and just after I left the parking lot I compared the numbers to find out that 11 miles were added to my car. I should have turned around and addressed the issue then, but after 29 hours of travel, I decided to call instead. The woman who answered the phone assured me that it is not a big deal, because my car was used a couple of times to pick up drivers from the upper parking lot. I asked her why my car was used to pick up drivers, and she referred me to the manager's voicemail. The manager did not return my call, I called second time. The manager denied everything stating that he checked (6 full days!) the cameras, and my car never left the parking lot. I told him that I have timed photos of my millage before and after. He accused me of being a scammer who goes after businesses. It was very insulting and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue with his employees who clearly took a joy ride in my Lexus or used it for personal reasons, he accused the customer. I will never use their services again. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I came back from a Magical Disney vacation October 4th, 2019. When I came back to Globe, I was informed that they lost the key to my 2019 vehicle. Really? YOU HAD ONE JOB...TO TAKE MY KEYS & HANG THEM ON A BOARD UNTIL I CAME BACK...THAT'S IT!!! Then, when it came time for them to reimburse me for all my expenses incurred due to globe losing my key, they only paid roughly 80% of what was rightfully owed to me. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NOR PARK there again!!! I returned from a trip went to the office PAID MY WEEKLY RATE, thankfully got a receipt went to my car where my husband was waiting and we left. About 1-2 minutes later my cell phone rang it was them... Angry with me telling me I left without paying my bill. I was furious!!! It was like they were accusing me of stealing a week of parking. They said I needed to return ASAP. Well I looked at my receipt and apparently they charged me for another customers car which was actually gone longer so they owed me a refund. But very nasty how they treat customers. Also I know for a fact that you can wait extra long for shuttles because sometimes they loan out their shuttles for bridal or bachelor parties etc. so airport customers are shorted. The airport parking is so much better. If pay ahead you can get discounts. And if disabled etc you also get cheaper rated which comes close to the same plus more convenient and safer. read more

I have parked at the Globe parking lot Pittsburgh PA for 30+ years and received great service, with nice drivers. I recently stayed for 15 days. When they picked me up at 8PM on a Friday night, I had to call 2ce to ask when they would be coming. There were no other people at the pickup door for Globe, no rain or snow. Another airport parking company said he saw the Globe driver 'parked' about 20 yards away, just waiting. The shuttle came 20 minutes after I initially called. I asked the driver why he was so late, he said that this was his first day. When we got to the Globe Parking lot, a staff member there said to him: where were you? I went inside to pay and asked the 6 staff there: why so late. they said that they often "stage' their shuttles. Don't even understand that. The second issue: the driver broke my new luggage; the wheel came off. It was perfectly fine when I wheeled it from the airport luggage pick-up area to the Globe shuttle. It broke in the shuttle. When I asked the staff they repeatedly said: "It happens all the time". This has never happened to me. The driver told me to return the luggage to the store, or to file a claim with the airport (this would have been a fraudulent claim). They did not offer any real solution and never acknowledged their error. I will not be returning to Globe, ever. read more

Traveling a lot lately and it's kind of a pain to constantly ask for a ride to the airport. I discovered Globe about 2 years ago. If you are headed to the airport just drive to moon and after dropping off your car in a very simple process they will zip you over on back roads in no time to catch your flight! So here's what to do. Search for Globe parking coupon online this will make your daily price under the $6 a day mark, if not you will be paying a little over $7 daily. Just park right in front of the office, take all you luggage and everything you are taking out of the car. Usually there is a shuttle waiting and the driver will start to load up your stuff for you while you fill in your return card. This takes only a minute! They also have a menu of services, car wash, detailing, oil change! I have done the detailing and car wash. Not incredibly impressed with those services though the carpet shampoo was pretty nice. When I picked up my car last there was bird poo on my hood. Considering I had just paid for a car wash?? Not too happy but also just wanted to go home. I'll see how they deal with it next time. You hand over your keys and then are headed for the airport where they drop you at your departure airline. I always tip for my bags cuz they are usually sooo heavy. I never know what to bring, so I bring everything! DO NOT LOSE YOUR RETURN CARD! The card has a number to call when you arrive home with a claim number so they can get your car for you. I have never lost it but I don't want to deal with any delays after traveling. I get grumpy and need to get home fast. It doesn't take long for the shuttle to pick you up at door 8 or two on the opposite side from where local drivers will collect you. In the winter it is especially nice because they will have your car running and heated! You can't beat it! read more
