My husband and I have been using Air Marino for several years and are extremely happy with their service. Previously we had utilized a different garage that is close to Air Marino and often had to wait for the shuttle to pick us up at our car (once over 30 minutes) and then wait on return for the shuttle to drop off each passenger in a space closer than ours (between 15 and 20 minutes). With Air Marino there is NEVER any waiting. We make an online reservation and check in and have never waited more than 7 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Usually the shuttle is there and ready to leave. Likewise when we return from our trip, the shuttle is very quick to pick us up at the airport. Since we usually prepay, we just get in our waiting (warmed or cooled) car and head home with no extra time at all. All the drivers are extremely nice and very courteous. They enjoy working for the company and are polite, pleasant and helpful. I would reccommend this company to anyone using the Pittsburgh airport. Our car has never had any damage or issues and we park there at least 12 times/year. read more

Shit show from start to finish. Our driver was an absolute maniac his name was John. My wife and I as well as our 4 kids were scared for our lives. We called the office after being dropped off at the airport and the guy at the office (didn't catch his name) was very rude and disrespectful towards my wife. Any time I go anywhere for personal or work, I always park at Air Marino. They offer the best prices and most of their staff are very nice and accommodating. Most of the drivers are very friendly and will do whatever you need to provide you a positive experience. The owner is very nice and always kind when you pick up your car. I won't use them again. website is so behind the times if you make a reservation on there for the "discounted " $8.95 daily rate the location MIGHT have the reservation the next day, if not, you dont get that rate. I argued about that when I arrived and the guy said he would honor that daily price even though he's not supposed to. when I returned iwas charge for 3 days instead of 2 days. I was literally parked there for 46 hours, which by my calculation is less than 2 days, but because I was ther eon the6th, 7th and 8th that to them is 3 days. I tipped each driver $5, so my total cost was $44 for 46 hours. never again!!! read more

Due to my own laziness/procrastination, my usual airport parking option was sold out when I tried to book a week in February. I was in a bit of a panic as the other options I knew of were a bit on the costly side and I was already worried about going over budget for my trip. But after a little Google searching I found AirMarino (through airportparkingreservations.com). I saw some good reliable reviews here on Yelp and parking for the week was way cheaper than the other guys (under $40 for the week). I booked it online and breathed a sigh of relief. I was happy to find AirMarino is a bit closer than my usual airport parking lot when I arrived for drop off. Granted it was early morning and still dark when I dropped off my car, but their parking lot does look to be on the smaller side. Not that it mattered to me since I already had my reservation. When I went to check in they did not have my reservation but I had printed out my receipt after booking online and after handing that over it was a breeze. One of their friendly drivers took me to the airport and I was on my way to Chicago. After returning back in Pittsburgh (after midnight), I called for pickup as instructed. I waited maybe 5 minutes for their shuttle to take me back to my warm car (yes, they had my car already running and waiting for me when I arrived at the lot). No issues with paying, amount due was what I had been quoted prior to my trip. Overall I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of AirMarino Airport Parking. I like supporting smaller businesses and while this may not be my first choice for airport parking it is definitely a strong second due to their location (closer to the airport) and lower cost. read more

We have used Air Marino many times. You can normally park here for under $8 a day. You can book online & all you do is pull up, they load your luggage on the shuttle & off you go. You pay upon return. They drop you at your requested airline. I've never been on the van with more than 4 other people. Usually I'm solo & ride up front with the driver. My drivers have all been friendly. I usually tip them $1 per bag on way to & from airport. Upon arrival you just grab your luggage, call the number on your ticket and they usually have the shuttle there to pick you up at Door 8 in baggage claim in under 10 minutes. Upon return to Air Marino they have your car running (AC chilled in summer & windows scraped & heater running in winter), they load luggage in trunk for you and off you go. I definitely recommend parking here rather than dealing with prices & hassle of the airport parking itself. read more

My husband has exclusively used AIR MARINO for his weekly business travel and now I know why. I arrived at 3am without a reservation and was greeted warmly and helped immediately. Within in 3 minutes all was set and a driver was outside waiting for me and a warmed up van/bus. . Driver was very friendly and took care of all my luggage from out of my car to being dropped off in front of my airline's door. Exceptional people ...exceptional company. I will definitely be back for future travel. Oh yes....parking here is relatively cheap compared to other facilities and my husband loves coming back to find his car waiting for him all pre-warmed and ready to go. I hope our first experience was untypical. We had coupons from another parking site and I called ahead to make sure Air Marino would honor a competitor's coupon. I was told that the coupons would be honored. The coupon allowed a weekly rate of $35.00 and a daily rate of $5.75. We were there 11 days. The charge should be 1 x $35.00 plus 4 x $5.75. That is a total of $58.00. We were charged $81.00+ While perhaps there are some taxes there is something amiss here. We won't be back! read more

I have used the service many time time and everyone has always been professional and nice. However after my last visit I realized that they hit my cars bumper. I called the office three times and was told the owner or manger would call back. Well I am still waiting for that call. I thought about taking them to court over it but I will just pay for it my self since the cost outweighs driving back to Pittsburgh. I was traveling out of town for a Girls' Weekend getaway, and my friend and I who were flying together weren't able to get a ride both to and from the airport, so we decided to look for a long term parking lot instead. Enter: Air Marino. The price looked right and I booked a reservation online through their website. It is literally right off of the Parkway exit, and I was able to pull up, get checked in, and hop in a van to the airport within a couple of minutes of arriving. Pickup and checkout were easy too, and above all, our driver and the woman cashiering were friendly and fast. Just what you want in an airport parking service. Had to write a review of this place and was surprised it wasn't on Yelp already. AirMarino is hands down the best place to park at the airport. It fully deserves a 5-star review. The location is easy to find, and everyone who works there is incredibly nice, no matter what time of day you go. It's pretty much perfect and I hope it stays that way even after it inevitably gets more popular. Why is it perfect? Let me count the ways: 1) You can book online. 2) The location is easy to find and not far from the airport 3) You never wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle, whether it's waiting to go to the airport, or waiting to be picked up. 4) When you land and call to get picked up, they use caller ID to say "Hi Vince" and I just tell them I've arrived. That's it. They pick out the right car, and drive it out to have it ready. The car is warmed up, the seat is in the same place I left it, and I'm off. 5) The costs are reasonable In short, it's seriously concierge-level service and it's a total no-brainer to use them instead of parking at the airport. read more

I give my highest recommendation to this company. They are family oriented, friendly, and compassionate. My family was stranded on St. Thomas due to Hurricane Irma. When I called to let the company know that they would not make it back in time to pick up their car, AirMarino told me that their car would be safe and to worry about my family and not the car. I was met by the shuttle driver who promptly helped me transition from car to the airport by first meeting me, moving my bags and then directing me to the office. It was seriously the best and most personable welcome I've ever had at a parking lot like this. Then, upon return, it was the exact same greeting with the bonus that my car was valeted to the front, was on, heater on and ready for me to make a quick getaway. Even at 930p on a Monday night, I was met with cheery people who quickly had me on my way. HIGHLY recommend AirMarino any time you are parking in Pittsburgh for a run to the airport. Overall rating is just fine - the car was ready when I got to it and all that. But, the back end of the car was absolutely filthy! the trunk lid and rear bumper as well as other surfaces in that area looked like they had kept the car under freely flowing trash. When I commented that perhaps they could have at least rinsed it off, my comments was met by total avoidance. Always liked using them until this past time 10/9/14-10/12/14 as I was traveling out of town. I left for a long weekend and when I returned to pick up My Yukon my Fiancée' noticed it was damaged on the back rear bumper area It was dented and scraped up. The daughter of the owner was working that day and she was very nice and did say she will pass this information over to her father and they did have noted on the inspection sheet that the only problems with my vehicle were a few minor scratches so they were very well aware that this damage was done on their lot. The owner told me he would see if he can get one of the drivers to fess up to it or watch the videos to see what happened and get back to me in a day or 2. Upon not hearing from him for a few days I called again. He said no one admitted to it and he did not watch the video tape but to get a estimate and his words exactly "I hope its not expensive, they should be able to buff it out" I emailed an estimate with attached picture as his daughter had taken pictures also the day we picked up the vehicle. It is not a simple buff out. My rear fender area was buckled and will need replaced. So 15 days from the incident I still have no answers and the owner is ignoring our phone calls. I am completely shocked that I am going through this. I question if they even are covered by Insurance as I would think this would have been handled by their Insurance Company. I always enjoyed using their service and thought the workers were very nice but I see if they damage your vehicle they do not feel it is their problem or responsibility. Its sad that I have to write a negative review but it is only because of their way of handling any damage done to a vehicle that is left in their care while away! So I will let anyone I can know that you need to be very careful if you leave your car there because if it gets damaged this is what you get to look forward to! We had still planned to continue using their place during any traveling we plan to do in the future even though my vehicle was damaged but now because of the way they are handling this we will not use them. The sad thing is I am a very easy going girl that just feels people/ business's need to do the right thing. Update: on 10/27/14 I was finally called back by the owner only to be told he will have someone call me today and also that he does not believe that it happened there so in other words called me a liar! I am completely appalled at the owner's ignorance. I repeatedly told him to view the cameras but I question if he actually has those as well since the few times I have talked to him he has a different story about the cameras and why he has not viewed them but today he did say he viewed them and NOTHING was seen pertaining to my Yukon. I reminded him of my paperwork showing there was no damage to my vehicle upon arrival. FYI check your vehicle over before you leave and if there is damage ask for a copy of your paperwork before you tell them your vehicle is damaged! All in all......The place as well as service and their employees is great however the owner is a piece of work when a vehicle is damaged while in their care! I am almost positive if they have cameras and were on the video will clearly show what happened. I give up and decided to hand this all over to my Insurance Company. Let them deal with it! I give them 5 stars prior to my incident, but now 0 stars. Anyone that uses then knows you pull in hand your keys over to them and they shuttle you to the airport. You do not see your vehicle until it is parked up front again and your being dropped off from the shuttle. so If the paperwork shows that damage was NOT there and we go to put our luggage in the hatch and notice damage. Then it happened there......plane and simple, why fight it and besides that I am not that hard up that I need to make a false claim. First time using Air Marino, great staff, helpful, friendly and fast. My wife and I were traveling with my 86 year old mother and they assisted us every step of the way. I will definitely use these folks again next time I fly out of Pittsburgh. By the way, we parked a brand new Ford Escape with them and it was in the same condition as I left it when we returned. When they brought us back from the airport, they had it parked out front with the motor running so we didn't have to get into a cold car. I know my mother appreciated it. read more

Never parked at this location before. Checked on line and found a spring break coupon for $41.65 for 7 days. Called the office and asked if that included tax and they said yes. Dropped my car off showed them the coupon and they said "your good". Picked up my car and the price was $49.55. The kid at the desk had already thrown the coupon away and said tax wasn't included. The kid at the desk was rude and didn't want to hear my objections. I will never park at this business again. Very deceptive on their advertising. read more

I would give this company -5 stars if I could. This is the second time I have used them. The first time I parked my car there everything went smoothly. The second time... horribly. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had blown most of the fuses in my car. Funny since it was running perfectly when I dropped it off. Both the AAA guy and the dealership said someone must have tried to jump my battery but DID IT IN REVERSE. Seriously?!? I tried to ask the air marino employee if it had initially just been the battery that was faulty when he first tried to turn on the car but he denied it. Obviously he was too scared to admit his mistake. I had no choice but to go to the dealership to get them replaced which costed me over $500 DOLLARS! And of course Air Marino didn't even have the decency to refund me the money I gave them for parking my car there. If you are going to use this company be careful. This incident shows exactly how careless they can be. read more
