I looked around and there e was no parking at all except parking garages. I choose this garage as it seemed to be the closest. My experience was not so great. I went in took a ticket and drove from bottom to top many times looking for a spot with no avail. I did see a few spots but no way my big jeep grand Cherokee would fit. I drove around for about 35 minutes and was about to give up and leave then found one finally. The spot was very tight but got in. Overall was not thrilled with garage as they should have said full before entering it. I would say that the spots were seemingly for smaller cars and I also found that there were not enough handicap spots. The driving in the garage was very tight especially for a big car. I personally would stay away from this garage. I would not go again unless I had to

You must show photo ID upon entering. The parking rate is reasonable, considering its proximity to the heart of downtown. 1 hour $7 two or more is $14. (Please refer to my photo) The uniformed guard / attendant is always friendly and helpful. He's like a concierge in a hotel. He pretty much knows where to go and how to get you there. This is is my other favorite place to park after 4 p.m. and weekends. After 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, parking is only $4.. I would definitely check this place out if you need to park somewhere clean, safe and close to the heart of downtown.

Restaurants include chains such as Panda Express and local ones such as Bubble Fish, DeLuca's Diner, Hastina Royal Indian, and Ichiban Japanese. Other businesses provide services for mailing, financial services, insurance, real estate, tutoring, nails, brows and lashes, tanning, dentures, and more. I have shopped at this mall off and on for many years. During my most recent visit, I saw that most storefronts were occupied rather than vacant. I cannot do all of my shopping for clothing, shoes, pet supplies, home goods, and groceries, but I am able to buy some things here.

The rates to park in the garage daily are very very reasonable, and they promptly park and retrieve your car when you deliver it and when you come back out from your appointment. I'd recommend parking there more than any other place in wheeling, otherwise try to find a meter on the side of the road. In the Mull center garage you'll have the luxury of a safe, worry free parking area, covered from the elements. There are ten floors in the Mull center building, The garage has 3 levels, including a basement, mezzanine, and a 2nd floor. I would say that its the best place to park if you're around wheeling area and want to head out for a day of wheeling street shopping. The garage closes around 6:00pm so you probably should head back to pick up your car and have your ticket stub with you.

You get a ride to the airport and dropped off in front and you get a ride back to your car which is a wonderful thing especially in the winter where they have your car ready and warmed up. Wouldn't waste my time parking at airport. This is the best way to go.
