Ordered a decaf iced coffee (it's 5 PM, decaf is a common order!) and was told "I can't guarantee that you will get decaf unless you order an Americano". Ummm what? Is this what's in the mystery cup of coffee? Order an Americano. Very long wait for it, can't remember the last time I waited more than a minute or two for an Americano at Starbucks. Get my coffee, there's no milk out, only sweeteners and I like this drink with milk. It is LOUD inside, theres just not enough materials to absorb the noise to the point where I preferred to sit outside on a hot day than to be in the store waiting for my friend.
