First thing is Gloria and her team is super busy. I believe her appointment is back to back. Why I know? Because she was late for 40mins (my appointment time was 10am, didn't show up until 10:40am). Despite being late, they did a good job cleaning my dirty place. It is a rental property and my tenant has trashed the place up really bad. So they really transformed the place! We used her service for make ready. During the initial appointment set up, we already felt it was pushy. We scheduled the appointment but immediately, we received text messages to make payment immediately or else the appointment will be given up for the next inline. It was like 1-2 hours only and I was in a meeting. The appointment was scheduled for a couple days later. There really was still a lot of time to make payment but we made payment immediately anyway. We received an invoice but the invoice was completely off from what we requested. There some confusion at this point because we are now not sure whether what we requested was the price in the invoice or whether we could have gotten more cleaning from the price we paid for. Anyway, she fixed the invoice. We then inspected the service after the cleaning was done. The blinds were not dusted and one hallway of the home was not cleaned or well cleaned. We asked about the services and we were told that they could come out to redo the areas that needed recleaning. We said great, but after a ping, we never received a follow up response. Looks like the home will not be cleaned by Gloria's again. read more

Gloria and her team were awesome! Our house had not been professionally cleaned since covid began last year, and a deep cleaning was way over due. We reached out to Gloria for a quote through Yelp and communication was great from the beginning to the actual day of cleaning. We were nervous about having cleaners in then house since we've been pretty cautious about covid protocols since we have a toddler, but we get safe since each person wore a mask the entire time and all the windows were kept open.
