After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. As an attempt to get in communication with the company to get a quote after hours I used the "book now" feature on their website. The book now feature did work. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

She asked the only employee that was there if she can have help because she attempted to bring them out and and they started to go everywhere and tangling, the person replied that they had no one to help.. because the balloons where not done in a timely manner they arrived after our guest had started arriving at the event. Not done at the time promised and no help to get them out of the store and for what i paid.. smh!!! Not good service! hopefully others experiences are better than ours was... will not be back to this establishment!
