Beautiful designs but not the most responsive ordered ballons in April. Had them delivered to the event and the owner kept telling me that she would send over an invoice. Weeks went by I forgot. And she called asking me for payment. Spoke to her personally gave her my credit card number and I assumed it was taken care of. Fast forward over a month and a half later she messages me asking for payment. The balloons were for a school event and she mentioned involving the school since I still have not paid... immediately call her to remind her that I did pay her over a month and a half ago. She is unsure about anything going on and mentions she has to talk to her staff. Do not recommend doing business with her. read more

Best balloons place ever with great customer service ...I had found them on Yelp and decided to try for my daughters graduation and cannot explain how pleasant the whole experience was...it was last minute and they went beyond my expectations...it was delivered to the restaurant on time and it's been an exact month and the balloon pieces are still intact in great condition..unbelievable..Then I referred them to a friend for his restaurant opening and again last min he asked me the morning of and I called Nina and she asked me to go see her in 30mins..Wow she made them right there in 25mins and followed me to the location to deliver them...even tho she had an event and party she managed to do it before it on a Saturday.I can't say enough of how amazing and wonderful she is.I am never going anywhere else. read more

I AM OUT $300! AND HAVE GOTTON NO RESPONSE My company and I ordered a balloon arch for a school event. The delivery driver came to the location and asked if there was power... idk what for since it was communicated to my team that it would COME ASSEMBLED. My team member was in constant contact with the driver trying to work with him to find an outlet or power source, while still getting to the event, but by the time she got there he was gone. We tried to get ahold of him and he never replied to us. We never got our balloon arch, and when we communicated we would like a refund for the balloon arch we NEVER got, we never got a reply. It has been DAYS since our event and we haven't heard anything from this company. I'm assuming they realized they were in the wrong and wanted to push it under the rug. A business tip for this company would be that communication is the key to everything. If we paid for a product or service we expect that product or we expect a refund. We are awaiting a response on day 3 now, down $300 and no balloon arch for our event. Like i said, very uncommunicative and very unprofessional. Very disappointed. I've used this company in the past and the centerpieces were nice. Stick to the balloon decorations. I believe they are too busy, therefore the final product isn't made well. Customer service is great but the centerpieces for my last two events were disappointing for the price I paid. The main balloon in my centerpiece popped as soon as we brought it out. When we tried to return it to get a replacement, the store was closed. My second event, they arrived late and forgot my centerpieces. They were still setting up when my event started. When the centerpieces arrived they we're flimsy, the numbers were crooked and falling, we had to hold them together with lights. They were not what we agreed to while designing them. They were missing decorative sprays on the base. read more

I was referred by a friend. I needed a backdrop with a balloon design I found in her Instagram. Initially there was a response via text message. I let her know I wanted to confirm and pay and then nothing. No email, and no response to my text messages. Very unprofessional.... Well no need for services now because my event is Saturday. We wanted a rainbow arch to let our wedding guests know they had found the entrance to our reception. She told me she would be here and on the day of the event she did not show up. I texted and called and I was ignored. Bad service! Went here thinking it will be better service. First, their balloons & balloons that I brought doesn't last for half day. She even mention they use quality air. Worst part of this service is I brought some balloons to blow & left her extras which is the whole bags. Just in case she will need it just in case it breaks the balloons that I brought, then I forgot to pick up my personal balloons on the day I pick up my order, and I came back a week later to check it. The shop is always close, after a week I finally had a chance to talk to her over the phone & she said they dnt keep balloons that they dnt use & must thrown away. Meaning, they lost my balloons and blame me for not picking up. What is the purpose of receipts? Why not call your Customer to remind the left balloons & not throwing away! VERY BAD SERVICE! Her husband offer to replace the balloons so I am fine with that, and ask me to wait for their call, but it's almost couple of weeks now, I haven't hear anything from them. Avoid at all cost! Nina is so unreliable and unprofessional. I contacted her on 01/10 to request availability and pricing for tent/draping and an organic ballon arch. At first, she was responsive than after a week, nothing. So I followed up with another email and a call and she said she would email me the pricing. A few days went back and nothing so I called back once again and on 01/22, we spoke and she said she would come to my house to do an estimate for 01/28 which is today and she never showed up! I even emailed her to confirm and again, nothing! This was for my daughter's 1st birthday so please do your research before booking her.
