The owner scheduled a time for me to come in to be serviced and when I arrived, they were ready for me. Other things I loved: 1.) it is quiet, clean and comfortable 2.) the ladies work quickly and spend little time chatting with one another or talking on the phone. 3.) the ladies who were braiding appeared to pay attention to detail and made sure the clients were happy with the results. 4.) the ladies were very warm and hospitable 5.) She's been doing hair for years and is very well-experienced. Not only does she know hair, but she is so personable and easy to talk to! Something I hate sometimes at the salon is being there for soooooo long; she is very wary of time and won't hold you longer than you have to (obviously it depends what you're getting done, but I get the same thing every time basically and I'm always at other salons for hours unlike here.) The results are always exactly what I want, too! The prices aren't cheap but they're not terribly expensive either - I've never broke the bank getting my hair done here. It's extremely easy to book, too, since you can do so online. They have so many options for what you'd like to get done and the prices are all openly listed. Booking an appointment here is a breeze.
