The food was tasty and the salsas had wonderful heat. When we finished we disposed of our trash and left the tray on top of the trash can next to the door.

The pulled pork with succulent and also had a wonderful smoky flavor. The barbecue sauce was served on the side so you're able to add as much as you want. The sauce was very good and complemented the meat well. The smoked mac & cheese was very tasty and had the right amount of cheese to bread, crumb, and pasta. It was not the traditional elbows, which was great. The potato salad was of the German variety which I like and was also very tasty. we finished off the meal with some waters and a Coke zero. This is a simple barbecue truck with a very nice owner. There is a picnic table beside the truck under a tree which made for a delightful treat. Its a little unconventional: the burger is swimming in the chile sauce (see photo), so instead of eating it with your fingers you have to cut it with a knife and eat with a fork after sopping up the sauce with the bun. God it was good. Couldn't finish all my fries, too stuffed. The proprietor is a hoot. On the way out I noticed the overstuffed fruit turnovers in the bakery case.
