I wanted to give this young lady a chance because all the other seamstresses I consulted have unreasonably charged "an arm and leg". I am looking for a good job with reasonable rates as the dress will be donated to Philippine charity later on. Glad that I found Noreen! I am greatly impressed and pleased with Noreen's skill and positive, can-do attitude. She said she has 20+ years of seamstress experience and can get the project done. It took her less than two weeks for the alterations to finish due to the dress zipper not closing so she had to replace the zipper. Her quality of sewing is perfection.
