It's now been over a month, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I even felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously, as if I wasn't being believed, despite the fact that the incident should be visible on the security cameras. The employees also refused to contact the owner on my behalf. I'm not just upset about the $15--I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. Because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business to anyone.
