Anicia is truly the best!! I bought a new dress for my daughter's promotion, dress came in, she tried it on and accidentally broke the zipper. I was mortified, as it was only a couple days before her promotion and needed it to be fixed right away. I called about 10 businesses in and out the area to get this fix and no-one got back to me. I'm upset on how my skirt turned out. I took my skirt to get its zipper fixed. Turns out I paid $40 just to get a zipper put on but did not get the whole thing replaced. As soon as I got home, I went to zip it down and the zipper fell off the track, also the same pieces were missing as when I first took it in.So the track never got replaced.. It's sad how i just got scammed. Also if there are tags left on the skirt you have no right to remove them. Never again will I come to her. read more
