My garage door got stuck in the open position when I was about to head out, right around lunch time. I gave Glory Garage a call, and Denys arrived within about 20 minutes! Denys identified the part that was having an issue, and Liftmaster said they could have a replacement part out in a few days. However, since the unit was already 10+ years old, I chose to just get a whole new unit. Denys installed the new unit and replaced the springs and rollers for me (they were still working but definitely showing signs of wear). The service I requested was changing garage door motor. He went over patiently the 2 motors (that only contractors can get) and the warranties in this regard. Denys came as requested even earlier than time originally quoted. The quality work was great and he was patient when I had questions re: setup, new garage door, etc. The value was very good since it was less than today's quote from previous company I had old motor from for the last 15-17 years. He tested the sensors and is understanding that people going through hardships at this time to give me a great deal.
