At first, they made it extremely hard to set up the and charge late fees when they would deny the to them. They also don't withdraw money from within their own system to pay for the loan and then charge a late fee when it is their fault and their system that messed up. We also sent multiple times proof of insurance and they still went and purchased insurance when we made multiple attempts to send our proof!!!

We drove over there from Amelie's Cafe, which was roughly eight minutes away. It's a cute branch when you walk in. There is a lot of wood, so the acoustics are fantastic. My friend asked whether there was an ATM in the branch. The only one was at the drive-thru. The teller who spoke to her was pleasant and helpful. There are three drive-thru bays. Two require speaking to a person. The last one is the ATM. My friend lined up with the rest of the cars. I pakred off to the side. I find it dangerous for folks who can't drive to use the lone ATM with other vehicles. I hope that folks drive cautiously and don't slam into people standing there. My friend got her money safely. He tried to get Family Auto to do the right thing, and take the car back and give him back my money, but they refuse. They sold him a car with a bad engine, and even though they sold the car "as is", I feel it is very bad business to sell a vehicle like this and refuse to refund the money when the car breaks down the SAME DAY he purchased it. He did not even make it home! My son would like his money back for this car. He is a young man, soon to be a new father, and he cannot afford to be ripped off like this. He purchased this car on April 19, 2011. He dealt with a man named David Atkins. The car is a 1998 Nissan 200 SX SER. He paid $2190 cash for this vehicle. I have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the S.C. Attorney General/Consumer Protection agency. Watch out for this company. They are BAD, BAD NEWS!
