My car was making a funny sound, I took it to Presto and asked Carlos what he thought it might be. He had his ppl look at my car and came back with a 2400.00 estimate. On that estimate he had brakes front and rear which threw up a red flag because I had rest brakes done last week. DO BEWARE PEOPLE WE WORK TO HARD FOR OUR MONEY. Don't trust this place get a second opinion. I think he (Carlos) enjoys jackin up the bill just to see how much money he can bring in. Just saying, WATCH OUT. i left a review months ago, and JUST now received any form of communication regarding the TRASH service, or lack thereof that I received. I don't know any company that tells you to bring the car in at a specific time, asks you to send details VIA TEXT of your vehicle as "confirmation" then say the appointment was never "confirmed". they take ZERO accountability for the lack of communication, compassion and understanding when THEY drop the ball. then wanna come and make a fake customer service friendly post acting like they're interested in smoothing the conflict over when the day of when i mentioned i will never bring my car back to them andthey responded that theyre glad and don't want me to bring it back. I got phenomenal service here when I needed help getting my brakes fixed. I overheard the other visitors getting excellent service and having all their questions answered. Hablan Español! Other places were wanting to charge beyond what I could afford, but here they were reasonable prices and extremely helpful.
