Wow!! What a great place. I took my friend's car to Glass Masters yesterday because it had a permanently "fogged" up windshield on one side. It seems she unknowingly parked her car on a driveway next to a sprinkler regularly and it caused the damage. Jeff, the owner of GM not only buffed out the fogginess several times, he was welcoming, professional, personable and completely reasonable. He suggested and applied a clear coat protection with a 3 year guarantee, an obvious necessity here in Hawai'i! It looks great and it's certainly much safer to drive this car. Jeff at Gloss Masters runs an awesome business!! Got my brand new 4Runner ceramacoated to protect it. Dark paint in Hawai'i doesn't fair too well. Car came out prettier than when I bought it! The paint really pops!! Nice to know it's protected from acid rain sea water and sun for the next 5-7 years!! Took my car back a few months later for a quick wash in and out. Also an impeccable job for a great price! A few months after that I took it in because I sm going back to the mainland. He detailed it insude and out and cleaned the under carriage and engine! Just a shoutout for Gloss Masters for the Fabulous work they did on our two cars. After getting sideswiped by a low-life with a suspended license and an insurance company that said they wouldn't repair the damage when their client lied about the accident, Gloss Masters Hawaii saved the day and had our 370z looking NEW again for less than our insurance deductible would have been. ****MUST READ****** Did not want to post this but, had to since he is not responding to my husbands text nor is he trying to resolve this issue. Honestly very disappointed. Heartbroken actually. Me and my husband just got a BRAND new 2019 Honda Civic Type R, still had paper plates and all, only 200 miles. We wanted the car to be ceramic coated asap, and his friend CHAYNE so happened to comment on the photo we posted on Instagram saying he could hook us up and we thought why not, my husband takes extremely good care of our cars but did not want to damage, scratched, or place any swirl marks so we didn't wipe the car or cleaned the exterior prior to dropping it off at Gloss Masterz, there were minor scratches from when we purchased the vehicle, but very minor not like swirl marks all over the car like there is now .. We had just purchased it August 9th, posted it on our social media because of course we were happy and it was the ONLY , still is the only Black Type R on the Big Island as of right now so we were very excited. My husbands friend CHAYNE, offered to give us a deal on ceramic coating. He told us to stop by and kind of give us the low down on the process, we told him to be very careful and we only WANTED HIM to drive the car and as little as possible. He was saying that they were legit, they were the ones that we should go to, not Jason's . I really wish we went to Jason's though. Anyways we dropped off the car on the 26th of August, got it back the 28th, which is not enough time don't you think to properly ceramic coat the car? Car was parked in the shade , so we didn't really pay attention CHAYNE was just talking to my husband about what he did. He seemed to have been focusing on other stuff that was already on the car, as well on how to properly take care of it post ceramic coat. So we didn't get to really inspect the car out which is partially our fault as to why the situation wasn't resolved at the spot. We got home and checked out the car it was all sunny , and there was A BUNCH OF SWIRL MARKS, SCRATCHES, KNICKS, on our car. So we contacted CHAYNE right away. At first he said that he was sorry and apologized and then he said he would call us and address the situation . He told us that he would order a new carbon fiber rear lip because that is where they knicked it twice! My husband kept texting him for updates, but he doesn't reply or just says something else. Very disappointed because I understand he gave us a deal but doesn't mean he had to discount his service on doing the ceramic coating on the vehicle. Didn't want to post this but he was not addressing this situation properly . Maybe this post will . Don't go here, if he treats our brand new Type r like that, imagine what they would do to your car. read more

Just bought a brand new Rav4 and we wanted to give her a little more protection from our salty air, hard water and particulates from the vog so we decided to take her to Gloss Masters Hawaii to have her ceramic coated for years of protection against our harsh environment. The job they did is just AMAZING! She literally sparkles like a diamond in the sun! Never saw that before! Jeff the owner is very friendly and upfront about the job that will be done and the pricing. My 2004 Nissan Sentra was quite dirty and the paint was dull. When I picked it up, it looked like a whole different car. They did such a great job. They also did things that I didn't ask for and wasn't quoted for. I was very impressed!! Jeff and his team did a GREAT job on cleaning my EXTREMELY dirty car. I'm not sure it has ever been deep cleaned, and it is a 2003. The inside upholstery looks brand new. I almost don't want to put the seat covers back on, but there are some small rips that I want to protect on the drivers seat (the rips were already there). I can now see my headlights through the protector glass (I didn't know that was even a thing!). The carpets look great (we will see how long I can keep sand off of them). The most impressive thing by far was the window water spot removal! I have always been mostly able to see through where the windshield wipers hit only. Now I can see through the ENTIRE windshield! I feel like I can see a whole new world! Very impressive! The car was ready when promised. The only suggestion I have would be to add a key drop box to the outside of their building. Being that they open late (9:00am), it is difficult to drop off your car in the morning when you work at 7:30 or 8:00am. Other than that tiny suggestion, they did a great job!
