I have been to this shop a couple times before and always have great service. They guarantee their work and keep their word. It's been 6 months since I had my car in for body work and needed new headlights. Yet when I called because my headlight wasn't staying on when it was supposed to, they got me right in and fixed it on the spot, it was a manufacturing issue but they stand behind their work. I have anxiety talking to people but this shop makes it easy. They also work directly with insurance company so I didn't even have that hassle. I recommend Roberts auto body. read more

I called and left a message with the owner. He called me back pretty quickly. I was able to drop off my car and had the hood fixed and now it works just fine. I was however disappointed that they didn't offer to make an appointment for me on Saturday (when I didn't have to work) so I wouldn't be without a car. I was unaware of this option until I read it on the door of the building when I had to drop it off Sunday night. I'm glad that everything is fixed, but I still will not be coming back. read more

I would give NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I want to start this out by saying that Robert's used to be one of the top of the line locations to have your vehicle repaired, keyword is used to be.... My wife and I recently had our vehicle hit and when we contacted our insurance we asked if Robert's was able to do the work. Our insurance company, Grange Insurance (Who I could not recommend any stronger, they are top notch) said yes they are a preferred repair shop. Great, so we take it there and long story short it took 2 weeks to have the work done, ok get it back and the replaced panels are painted the completely wrong shade of red, mind you this vehicle was a 2016 and only about 7 months old. Turns out they painted it the wrong color. We take it back and 2 weeks later get it and the paint color is not perfect but is at least the same color. Then we open the door and find out they didn't paint the inside of the door. When asked they said that it would be a lot of work and time and didnt think we would mind since it was on the inside, again this car is brand new!!! We didn't take it to Jimmy Bob's body shop for some cash repairs! Then they fix that which took another week, then pick it up and find when they laid the door down to paint the inside they scratched the door. They try to buff the scratches out and burn the paint. Then we have to take it in several times because of a clunking noise which they say they can't hear. Turns out the tie rod nut was loose which was a safety issue and made the alignment off. I left out 3 other times we had to bring it in for minor issues that were found. In total we brought it in 7 or 8 times over two and a half months. Also every time we got the vehicle back it was filthy and dusty on the inside and on a couple occasions some replaced junk parts were just left lying around the inside of the vehicle with loose screws laying around and no explanation of what they were for. We really got the impression that they really didn't care about our issues and we were just an annoyance to them. I can not stress enough how bad our experience was and I hope that people reading this take our review into consideration. This place is not anything like it used to be. There are plenty of good body shops around, do not go here especially for what they charge. This is not exaggerated in the least and may seem like someone trolling this business but I assure you this is all true and correct. read more

They really need to work on their communication with customers. First, I was expecting to pick up my car 2/2/2016. I had been waiting all morning for a call to confirm that I would be able to pick it up. I finally just called them at 1 P.M. I was told that they received the wrong part, so I would not be able to pick up my car that day. This was extremely disappointing to me as I was never informed prior that I would not be able to pick it up. The next day (today) I called again to confirm that I would be able to pick up my car. I was told yes. A few hours later, I received a phone call stating that I would need to be bringing the check from my insurance company along with my deductible. Robert's P&B had already cashed the check from my insurance company on January 21, 2016 though. They were not organized about any of this process and I feel like a pest trying to figure out what is going on with my transportation. I really hope they can improve on their customer service and communication. I'm not happy with my experience. read more
