Her car was drivable and she continued to Michigan but we wanted to see if the external damage to her fender was the only real concern and that nothing under the car would cause a problem for her on her return trip. We went in, and the guy at the counter was beyond helpful. He listened to her tell her experience, came outside in the high heat and humidity and looked at her car in the parking lot. He got down on the ground and slid under it, repositioning a plastic guard that was loose and hanging down, and said things looked otherwise ok. Just the cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. We offered to pay him but he declined. She is on her way to Texas now, and we are so grateful for the service and kindness we received. Would recommend and would return.
