All follow up was done promptly. Got call backs or answers quickly. Scheduled appointment time was adhered to and work was done well. Both guys were professional. Our truck is a 2021 and not "overused" by any means, so upholstery and carpet not super dirty. I checked work and only thing I had to request a redo on was the backside of or Weather Tech mats. They cleaned them (they look great) on the driveway and they needed to wiped the dust off the backside before putting them back in the truck. We had lots of dog hair and they got it all! Price was OK but did have to pay extra for the pet hair removal. I will consider having my other vehicle done in the near future. read more

I sent a quote request through Yelp and had a reply in less than an hour. I only wanted to get my interior done, and they were able to get me in the next day. The next day, I asked if I could do my exterior too and they said sure, gave me the price quote on the spot, and had my car done in a few hours. It was spotless. Seriously- spotless. These guys are the real deal! From the immediate response to my online inquiry, to the amazing job they did, they were perfect. The cabs of the Sprinter van and heavy duty truck used in our business had been totally trashed by our maintenance staff. Admittedly, we had neglected to have them cleaned for a couple years, but the abuse and filth inflicted upon these poor vehicles was unbelievable. Total Detail used steam cleaning to bring them back to life. There was nothing they could do about some glue spilled on the plastic flooring, but otherwise they were transformed. And really, really nice people, too. I wish I had taken a "before" photo, but in the "after" photo here the torn and askew seat covers are indication of the rough treatment these vehicles get. (Luckily, those covers protected the seats, so the seats did not have to be cleaned). Both vehicles really do look darned near new! read more

While I agree with Sarah, the owner of this company is a bit of a jerk and the couple of interactions I've had with him I've wanted to punch him in the face. But the fact that he drove more aggressively than what Sarah would like (despite not hitting anyone and not running anyone off the road) doesn't make the company less of an option for auto detailing... what it really boils down to is can he do the work for which he was hired.... and my answer is yes. He did a terrific job making my tattered car look as new as could be without actually repainting. The interior looked new after 100000 miles and the foul smell was gone. He was even able to clean all the dust/dirt from the tiny crevasses. It took him less than 2 hours to undo what took me 3 years to make ugly and smelly :) And best of all, it was clear that he didn't go through all the stuff in my car. I was apprehensive about leaving my car alone with a complete stranger for a couple of hours but all of my "valuables" were exactly as I left them when I went to my car. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car! My car was SO bad after not having it done in about 4 years. I had 2 dogs that just shed so much, it started to be just a waste of money to have it detailed every few months. I took it in. They estimated it would take about 4 hours to do it(over the phone without seeing it), but I doubted it because it was so filled with dog hair. It was my second car for awhile, so I pretty much just used it for the dogs rides. After having to put my last dog to sleep, I decided to bite the bullet and have it done. They happily took it in. They are just such a wonderful, friendly group of people. When I got my car back, I didn't even recognize it. It was a whole new car! It actually took 9 hours of their hard work to get that car done. Total Detail did a wonderful job on my 2005 Prius with almost 200,000 miles on it Needless to say, it was looking pretty grungy but Total Detail really cleaned her up. She looks almost brand new! I ran into Doug and his co-worker today in my office parking lot while they were working on cars for another business in my building. I approached them to discuss an issue that I've had trying to scrub a very tough berry residue off of my car. After trying multiple cleaning products with me, Doug found that a clay bar worked best and offered to get the rest of the berry mess off of my car as well as wax and clean the outside. Doug is an amazing business owner. I had a filthy SUV. I own two big dogs who ride in the car all the time: wet, dry, muddy, drooly, or all of the above. The interior had not been cleaned in a looooooooooooong time. Doug fit me into his schedule at the last minute and did a miraculous job on my car. It glows. It glistens. It doesn't smell like dog.
