She did an awful job on the builder nails. Even though Henry promised she was good at the service and they would look natural. They are sloppy and uneven. She was moving so fast she chopped one of my nails down much shorter than the others. I told Taylor she needs to understand that hands are attached to a body. I have never had such a painful service. I spoke with Thomas afterwards and he said he was sorry and said he could reshape them. I said no I do not have the time. He charged me full price for the service anyways. I drove all the way from Sycamore and have been here several times. Unfortunately I won't be back. Left with my fingers hurting and paying full price for a terrible service.

I must acknowledge that the owner/manager, 'K,' demonstrated genuine concern and was apologetic about the subpar service I received. In an effort to make amends, 'K' took steps to correct the situation and even went above and beyond by completely comping my entire manicure. I think he cut and filed them way too short and it took multiple times of us asking them to fix our nails before they got them to look like they look in the picture. The pictures online must be fake because I find it hard to believe that 3 employees do not know how to do a French tip. ( it took 4 tries and 3 people to do the white) They did not trim my cuticles at all or clean/trim my nails either. I felt even worse asking them to correct things because they were very kind.
