I just recently went here as my previous nail place changed owners. I had a great experience and loved my nails. KC did my acrylic fill with gel polish and Hannah did my pedicure. They both did a great job and are now the 2 technicians that I request. The place is very pretty inside and they are very friendly. They also have tons of colors to choose from which is important to me and the services are reasonably priced. The salon also offers a program in which you can collect points if you download the perka app. For every 200 points you earn you receive $10 off, it is a point for every dollar spent. I came here for the first time last weekend 7/26/16, I came with my roommate and we both wanted a pedicure and I got a nexgen manicure. We both got the Cosmo Pedicure, which was really amazing and I highly recommend it!! However, when it came time to get my Nexgen manicure that I was talked into, I was a little hesitant bc normally when I get nexgen it usually peels up on the corners bc it's not done right. Anyways, I had Vivian do my nexgen but she rushed through it bc she had to leave immediately after to get a new cellphone from Verizon. She literally started applying the nexgen and didn't even bother to trim the dead skin around my nails so the color I love but my nails look all gross bc she missed steps. It also is peeling up around the corners and it's only been a week. A good manicure for me normally lasts a month since my nails don't grow super fast. All in all the pedicure was great but I feel like I got jipped on my manicure! read more

I rarely get my nails done, so I have never really known what to compare great nail service to, until now. I walked in after work on a Tuesday and wasn't going to be seen right away due to their appointments, but based on what I saw, I knew I had to return the next day (as I was leaving for my bachelorette party on Thursday). I went in with an appointment during my lunch hour to get a mani/pedi and was amazed by the detail and time that Tina and a young man (whose name Ive forgotten) provided to me. The salon looks amazing and very clean. This was about 3 weeks ago and I will be returning this week to get my man/pedi for my wedding. I look forward to returning! The place is very clean - which is extremely important. A lot of options for different types of manicures and pedicures. I felt rushed after my nails were drying and the man at the front desk was telling me it was ok. But as soon as I got to my car, I had messed up my nails, which upset me. Let me sit at the dryer as long as I want to - there were plenty of room for 3 others, so it wasn't like they needed the space. They do charge extra for gel polish removal and for gel polish.But I highly recommend gel polish rather than regular polish - it lasts a lot longer. read more

Just stopped in for an "old fashioned pedicure" right when they opened at 10am on a Tuesday. They did a great job, had no wait (although people coming in 20min after they opened had a wait), seemed clean, massage chairs were comfortable, and they had very reasonable prices. Mon-Wed is 10% off, which is nice. Will go back! read more

I can't begin to describe how happy I am with this place. I have been to 100s of nail salon but this one is different from the rest. Professional staff. Cool, nice owner who works right along side of her employees. HENRY is the BEST and truly an artist. I have never seen NextGen to be done so beautifully. Looks wise, the place is gorgeous. Completely updated and very chic! Customer service wise, I could've experienced better. I'm not used to my nail techs talking a lot to me, but SOME interaction other than "hand here, hand here" would've been nice. It seemed like I got the only tech like this though. Now my nails? I definitely would not recommend the lady that did mine and I only wish she said more than 5 words so I could list her name. I had just gotten my nails done a little over 3 weeks ago and so my cuticles weren't even grown back yet but she went cuticle crazy! She cut off so much skin that I actually bled. My nails weren't filed evenly and my Gel nails are uneven, almost bubbly at the tips. I got a really light metallic color so I didn't notice until I got home, but a good chunk of my thumb nail was missed and I already had a chip in my pinkie. Not to mention the fact that the whole thing took an hour and a half. I don't like to be rushed, but I don't want it to take forever either. Even with the 20% off promotion, I still paid $29 plus tip for Gel nails which is way too much. Unless I can book Kevin (who seems to have a really loyal following), I wont be going back. read more

Went in on a Thursday, drove an hour because I was told they do an awesome job and can do really good with shaping and the environment was amazing everyone was friendly but then 3 days later my nails were already lifting...so sad but the quality disappointed me, I don't think I'll be going back. read more
