I do not like the gel nail polish and dip powders that are supposed to be the same color are rarely close to each other. Now I pick two different colors for toes and hands. I was told all nail polishes have that problem, not just the brand that they use! They also have a rewards system that I take advantage of, but I have had to cut down my visits here because the prices for getting your nails done now are so exorbitant.

Went in for polish change on my toes. There was 1 customer being serviced. Nobody else in the…read moresalon. The gentleman asked how could they help me and I said I wanted my toes polished. He hollered to the back a few words and "polish on toes" and said just a moment. The lady he was speaking to looked out from where she was, and then proceeded to do anything and everything else for almost 10 mins. I got up to leave after about 8 minutes and the man said "oh just one minute maam she's coming." He then shouted something else out to her. She came out of the room, stood and drank water, walked around the desk at the front another couple of minutes, then rudely shouted at me "so what do you need?" I'm not sure why she asked because he had already told her. I said "regular polish on my toes." I brought my own polish, but she then shouted to me "it's $22 for regular and $25 for gel." Now, just yesterday, my friend who I'm going to dinner with today, went to Bella and paid $15 for polish only on her toes. It seems the lady was trying to price gouge because there were no customers. I guess she didn't feel like working. I left and just painted my own toes since I was now crunched for time after being in the salon close to 15 minutes- probably the same amount of time it would have taken to polish my toes in a place that had 2 workers and 1 customer.

It was a pretty important one because it came from a character in a play that he performed in. My mother-in-law asked me what I thought we could use to temporarily fix it for the evening, so my search for super glue began. We didn't really have enough time to drive far to a store, so I ran down to the Aldi in the same shopping center, but there was nothing useful there. Then to the 7 eleven on the corner. Nope. Walking back, dejected, I thought maybe that nail salon would have something I could buy. I poked my head in, like a middle aged straight guy who's never considered going into a nail salon. They could see it on my face. "Yep, this guys having a day." After explaining the situation, she said "we don't sell items individual items, only services." That's when she did something unexpected. She reached behind the counter and cut open a little vile of nail glue. "Here it's on the house. Just try not to get any on your skin" I ran back to the restaurant and fixed the figurine. These people are genuine saints. Although I have never had my nails done at all, I thought about going back and getting a manicure just to show my appreciation. Needless to say I hope good karma comes their way for their generosity.
