I asked her for a dry haircut because I knew a wash is $20 more, but she insisted on a wash so I thought it would be complimentary but she still charged me $20 AND $15 for 2 strands of curtain bangs along my jawline. I didn't even like the haircut since she didn't cut my hair the way I asked her to :( I was just going to deal with the bad haircut because she was so nice and helpful during the cut, but a day later I was so stressed for paying over $100 for my hair to look the same. So I reached out to her afterwards to see if I could get my hair fixed & she left me on read lol. I waited a full 72 hours to see if she will respond and she didn't. I'm not posting this review to get something out of it but I just wanted to let people know my experience.
