Never has another Nail Tech over the years and states have ever hit a design I showed them 100%. But Henry not only did an excellent job, he was very friendly and nice. Recently, the salon messed up- lost her color card and didn't regard her photos and history and toned her hair incorrectly. Instead of honoring a loyal and generous client- they gave her the run around for two weeks, refused to fix this issue, cancelled an upcoming appointment and frankly treated her like dirt. We won't be going back…read more Me and my mom haven't had a pedicure in over 15 years. So that day I was surprised that she was like let's go get manicures and pedicures. We called and they said they would be able to take us in 45 minutes. One of the main issues here being that we didn't know what we were doing. We got pointed at the nail polish colors and told just pick one. We mentioned that we didn't know what was going on and we got told that the ladies doing right nails would just tell us when we had choices. I got cold water on my feet and then BURNING towels on my legs. Like hot enough that the girl doing it grabbed it with her finger tips and quickly let go while waving her hands. Then just wrapped them around my legs, it HURT! Around 45 min all together, it was either $83 or $87. 3 hours later my paint started chipping. 1 day later my mom has an infected toe. I was talking to the MIL and got asked why didn't put use/put on gel. I didn't know what that was and was never offered it. If it was a small bump up in price then let me know. We paid almost $90 I wouldn't mind a couple extra dollars for it to stay on. We won't be going back and I will point it out to others to do the same.

I arrived at my scheduled time and had to wait a few minutes and then was taken to my station. The nail tech, Jenny, was pleasant--not talkative, but neither was I and I was ok with that. She asked me what i wanted and I told her a full acrylic set, French tip and almond shape. I had a photo but decided not to show her. But let me tell you...she delivered and my nails are AMAZING!!! This is the best nail service I have ever had and will 100% be driving 4 hours every 3 weeks to get Jenny to fill them. She did an amazing job and I have never been so excited in my life about my nails. I ended up showing her my inspo picture after my nails were done and they are almost identical. Many times it appears that they are saying something about you or another customer in the store by their facial expressions and the way they look at at others. I have been made to feel uncomfortable about this at this salon in the past. But, I can honestly say that this happens at many nail salons and I wish everyone that does this would be more respectful of their customers and acknowledge that it makes some people uncomfortable.))))
