I arrived an hour and fifty minutes before closing. Two ladies working and each had a customer when I arrived. After waiting over an hour and a half I was asked if I could come back tomorrow. Upon arrival I was told to pick a color and have a seat. After waiting for over an hour and an half, the two ladies started talking to each other, in a foreign language and it was obvious they were talking about me. ((((Side note: I personally feel it is rude for anyone to hold an open conversation in a foreign language just to prevent others from knowing what is being said, very obvious when they know how to speak English but choose to use an alternative language off and on in front of others. Many times it appears that they are saying something about you or another customer in the store by their facial expressions and the way they look at at others. I have been made to feel uncomfortable about this at this salon in the past. But, I can honestly say that this happens at many nail salons and I wish everyone that does this would be more respectful of their customers and acknowledge that it makes some people uncomfortable.)))) The employee said to me that the "she" aka the owner, wanted to know if I could come back tomorrow to get my nails done? It has happened to me the last three times I have gone there and I will never go to this place to get my nails done again. Today 4 hours after I got my nails done my top coats is chipping off......AGAIN. I went back at 6:00PM to have them fix it and they were closed even though the sign on their door says they close at 7:00. Way too much money to have to keep going back to get things fixed because they're impatient or because they took a walk in right before an appointment comes in. This place is AWFUL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
