I arrived around 10:30 a.m. and didn't leave until after 3:00 p.m. Before my technician even started my nails, I showed an inspiration photo of the design I wanted. He removed my entire previous set and only then told me he didn't know how to do that design. He walked around the salon asking other technicians, and no one could do it. At that point, my old nails were already gone, so I was pressured into choosing a much simpler design than what I originally requested. The final result looked nothing like the inspiration photo. I accepted it because I had already spent hours there and just wanted to go home. Despite my disappointment, I still paid the bill they presented to me ($128) and left a $25 tip because the technician was kind and I appreciated his effort. After I got home, the salon called to say they had forgotten to charge me $15 for the gel polish on my toes. Instead of apologizing for their billing mistake or offering to take payment over the phone or through a payment link, they demanded that I drive back to the salon the same day. When I didn't immediately return, they texted me saying they would involve law enforcement if I didn't come back before closing. Mistakes happen, but threatening a customer with the police over a $15 charge that your own staff forgot to add to the bill is not how customer service should be handled. Between spending nearly five hours there, not receiving the design I requested after my old set had already been removed, and then being threatened over their billing error, I will not be returning.
