One of my dear friends became a client- and over two years went 11 times and spent thousands. Recently, the salon messed up- lost her color card and didn't regard her photos and history and toned her hair incorrectly. Instead of honoring a loyal and generous client- they gave her the run around for two weeks, refused to fix this issue, cancelled an upcoming appointment and frankly treated her like dirt. If you look at my review history - I don't think you'll ever see a negative review- but this frosts me. You'd think a small business would have the smarts to treat a loyal client with respect. My wife has had multiple hair appointments for K-tip extensions. It first started with the extensions being placed to high above the ear constantly pulling her hair. Then leading to the keratin placement and amount used. They're supposed to blend in not stick out like a sore thumb. She used almost a full inch for each extension placed, with this and the amount of hair used for each extension it looked tacky and rushed. With this last round of extensions they were placed too heavily and used too much keratin to hold them. As they began falling out they were taking a LOT of her natural hair with them. This hair used to go down to under her bra line and now it barely reaches her shoulders. She took the rest of them out today and couldn't believe her eyes. I come home to her crying and hating what has happened to her hair due to the amount lost and terrible inserts of the extensions. This type of service should stay the same throughout the appointments, and customers who continuously come back should not have to deal with their hair being ruined as a result of a lack of care and hurriedness to get the appointment done. We will not be returning as this has been a downhill ride from the start. Ruining someone's hair as a result of sloppy and lazy work is terrible when hair is one of the key features that people identify themselves with. And when you tarnish that it's time to go somewhere else. As far as service goes there are no immediate complaints. The workers were pleasant and friendly.

I showed Henry a picture of what I wanted hoping he could do it. I wasn't expecting perfection but something close. Let me tell you, this man is an Artist! HE NAILED IT! Never has another Nail Tech over the years and states have ever hit a design I showed them 100%. But Henry not only did an excellent job, he was very friendly and nice. I also get my upper legs waxed every so often, and she does a great job on those, too! A total comfort to be on her waxing table (I mean, the wax sometimes hurts, since I'm not consistent, but I never shave, so you know that helps).
