I informed Melody that it was my first time having a facial, and she asked if I wanted her to talk through each of the steps she was going through or if I wanted total relaxation. Given it was my first time, I preferred to have Melody talk me through what was going on. Throughout the entire process, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Melody appears very well versed in what she's doing. Overall, I had a great experience.
