The one downside is that they only have curtains separating spaces. They aren't full rooms with wall. So I could hear everything happening in the whole place, every conversation people had with a person who walked in and a person who called. Luckily it wasn't busy when I came I was the only person there but people came in and called. As disappointing as that was the massage and scalp treatment were worth it.

It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. I don't think they pay their therapists well because they are very insistent about you tipping them. So be ready to tip on top of the already very expensive $140/hr massage price. If you do the membership program it is $85/month for one massage. They have the unfortunate location right next to a karate class so you can hear students shouting sometimes. It wasn't terribly disruptive though. Also they seem overly concerned about inappropriate behavior so before every massage they make you sign a form saying you will stop the massage if anything happens that you don't like. They also don't let their therapists massage muscles they feel are too sensitive to do such as adductors, gluteals and pectorals. So if you are an athlete or want a full body massage this is not the place for you.

Especially when they asked for a shorter service to be done and at the end they gave you a different service than when you asked for and a different tech. The place is filthy. If you look over by the sink where you wash your hands I'm surprised the board of Health has not shut this place down yet. Not to mention when I checked out if my pedicure was $60 and my nails were $50 I then had to tip the guy that did the massage and she was trying to tell me, the owner's sister that I needed to give him $30 and that I also need to give the nail tech $30 but when you think about that 20% is $22 for the pedicure and nails, I ended up giving way more than necessary in today's day and age, especially when I had a crappy experience and the place was filthy.
