Everything was super clean when I was taken to the room, I was told to put on a robe, a pillow was under my legs and then a blanket. Everything was so relaxing and calm, she asked if I was interested in a facial and then later on a hair mask that I did end up wanting to do. My hair smells amazing, feels amazing, my scalp feels amazing too. The neck and arm massage was soooo good and she also massaged my legs and feet. I would totally recommend this experience!

Not only did the massage my neck and shoulders but arms and hands and did a brief back massage when she helped me sit up after it was over. The one downside is that they only have curtains separating spaces. They aren't full rooms with wall. So I could hear everything happening in the whole place, every conversation people had with a person who walked in and a person who called. Luckily it wasn't busy when I came I was the only person there but people came in and called. As disappointing as that was the massage and scalp treatment were worth it.

Never in my life have we been treated so poorly on multiple accounts. And it is not until we ask for a manager or a name that we are told they will try to "fit us in" for an appointment we paid for.

The first time I came i got a pedicure with the longest massage possible and the guy doing it was extremely rushed and very light on the hands, I felt like he was barely touching me. Now today, 1/26/24 I just wanted a pedicure which was the "Healthy Feet" the girl doing it once again with the leg and foot massage, it felt like she wasn't even touching me and just wanted to be done and we haven't even started yet. I'm not sure why the employees at this location feels rushed. I'll keep going to the MC Spa in Dr. Phillips. Will not be coming back to this location.
