I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.

She did a great job guiding me through the process and helping me decide on the services best for my skin needs. First time adding on red light therapy, which was worthwhile. I was very impressed with the lady who did my consultation 11 months ago. When I walked in, she greeted me and even asked me a subject we discussed when I first met her! Who remembers that? I can barely remember what I had for dinner last night let alone a conversation over 11 months ago. The receptionist is amazing as well. She is funny and always keeps me laughing. Once you schedule your next treatment, they will call and remind you so you don't forget. That's not the best part. One time, somebody cancelled and they called me to tell me that they could take me earlier that day. Who does that?? Amazing. While sitting in the waiting area I noticed that they also do something that is called Cool Sculpting. This is where they freeze away stubborn fat. This can be on the stomach area, oblique area, thighs and so many more. I cant really speak on it because I only go there for laser hair removal. It does look pretty cool though. She really took care of my neck issues and I found out she went to school where I used to work, so I know she learned from the best! So I got undressed and under the sheets and she had a BELL for me to ring so I'm not waiting for her to return and cutting into my time or trying to scream through the door that I'm ready. I got a long overdue Therapeutic Massage which is more expensive than the Swedish, but she really spoiled me with the hot towels. She concentrated on my neck and upper back/shoulders, which I need since I'm in front of a computer all day. Her draping was good and she also ended with my feet.
