Some of the artists here are really great. Others are okay. I've had some excellent designs done. Last time I had Lily and she did a really great job and had such attention to detail. I was charged 70 because it was an intricate design. This time I asked for the same but Lily was not available. I was charged $8 more for a worse interpretation of the design. Kind of disappointing. I've always had a great experience here. Would just like some consistency in pricing and if the design is too hard, be honest with me and I'll find something easier. Creative nails is located conveniently in a plaza right next to Publix, dry cleaners, and lunch spots so you can really hit it all in one day. Got a deep tissue massage "all about massage" pedi and it's 1000% worth it. Just do the upgrade. They kill it there. Pro tip? Was more impressed with the decor and choices of gel colors than the demon that did my nails. It's too bad (for me and her) I can't remember her name. She burned me several times with that damn drill- to the point I took my hand from her and demanded she use an emery board. I have since then removed my bear claws (what part of I need them to look as natural as possible could she not possibly get thru her thick skull)- I have never had such issues with my nails. Beware! I wish I could give them lower than a one star. My daughter went in to have her nails done in advance of her engagement photo shoot. She was specific with what she wanted and was disappointed in the result. She simply asked that the imperfections in the dip be buffed out, and the shapes of her nails be consistent with each other. She returned to have this fixed only to encounter an outraged nail tech named Vivian, who was so aggressive with the repair that she ended up causing my daughters cuticles to bleed. The entire time she berating, my daughter for questioning the quality of her work and calling other customers over to look at what she was doing and how unreasonable my daughter was. She ended up leaving in tears. The end result was no better than the original and she had to go to to another salon to have her nails redone. They refused to talk about a refund. And even more concerning, they refused to provide licensing information for the technician, leaving us to question if Vivian is actually her name and if she is actually licensed through the DBPR. read more

They do good work, their dip is a bit thick, left a lot of residue on my fingers. But I'm giving them a low score because their appointment system is ridiculous. As a walk in they took me and did my nails (dip) and gel toes but repeatedly told me next time to make an appointment. Seven days later my gels on my toes started to peal off, so I called to tell them I needed them fixed and to redo my dip nails. I went in, got my nails done, but they forgot about my toes. I sat in the front for ten minutes before someone at front asked me is there anything else? They totally forgot about my gel issue. I left not getting them done, I had been there for about an hour and didn't feel like waiting any longer. Plus the woman next to me was waiting for her appointment also (which she was told she had to wait). Bottom line, they do great work on dip for nails, place is also clean, but all the gel pedicures I've gotten have pealed off in a week. I paid nearly 50 bucks for a pedi with gel, so it seems a bit stiff for what they offer feet wise. Nail wise I'm happy but I don't think I'll be going back often. read more

I just got a gel pedicure with French tips, and acrylic on my 2 big toes bc my toenails are so little. Overall great pedicure, the only thing I didn't really like was that there was no price list or menu where I could select which pedicure I wanted.. which just made me assume they only offer one, which is typically unusual. She just got started and gave me what I would consider a pretty basic pedicure, which was much needed for me. This is absolutely the WORSE nails salon ever!!! They pick & choose who they want to be friendly with!!! After my pedicure we moved over to do manicure; I noticed one of my toe polish was turning black( I had for a pink color) I told him & he fixed it. As we finish manicure he fixes my other toe. He slides back & stares at my feet!!!! I see him looking at the weird but I don't think anything of it. After I leave and get to car, I noticed that 2 of my toes are totally 2 different colors. Where do I start... I went to get a new set for Sns powder dip nails The employees kept talking negativity about my nails with each other about my past nails done from a different nail place. The nail tech was so busy gossiping she kept accidentally cutting my finger with the machine then the nail tech did my nails very thin that they didn't even last a week.Nails are breaking off with my real nail which is causing an infection. Don't get powder dip nails it's very unsanitary and when nail is broken so will your nail causing your nails to be sensitive. Every time I come here prices are always changing when it comes to paying which price doesn't match on their menu. I have been going to this nail salon for my past three acrylic fills and every time has been great. I always go in as a walk on and haven't ever waited more than 25 minutes. Each time I go in they always ask what color I want, show me what it looks like out of the bottle and twice now they have looked at what I wanted and suggested the colors I picked might be too translucent for what I was going for. Very Disappointed. I've been coming here since the beginning of March 2019 to start getting SNS done, and the first time was amazing. I was told by the nail artists I could come in every 3 weeks to get them redone and I was able to without any issues until this month. One week after I got my PROM nails done they chipped and I had to schedule another appointment. FIVE DAYS LATER THEY CHIPPED AGAIN. I was taking finals for school AND I ended up in the ER so I was unable to come in their "3 days allotted time" to get my nails done again for free. When I called to let them know about my disappointment I asked to speak with the manager, and the receptionist LIED TO ME and said she was the manager although I could hear her speaking to someone else describing my situation before she told me there was nothing they could do. I started coming to this place based off of recommendation from a friend, and I'm sad to say it was a very short lived experience. I work two jobs and go to school full time, so this was a huge treat for me. I can't drop that much money to get my nails done every week. read more

Don't ask for Coco! She rushed through the whole job. Granted it is Valentines Day, there were a lot of people on staff and no one waiting in the lobby. Maybe she had an appointment? I bought for the first time the massage pedicure 40$ plus 5$ for callus removal. The massage Coco gave me was the same as a regular pedicure, nothing special.. maybe she used an oil or something but the worst foot massage due to the length and effort. Next time I will just get the standard. My manicure was awful. As a bartender (person who also works for tips) I constantly have my hands in water everyday and get manicures mainly to remove the dead skin around my cuticles and nail beds. Coco did a very poor job on one hand and then even worse on the other. I had to ask to do a better job on the right hand when I really wanted them both done over. Who wants to pay for a manicure and leave looking crusty? I usually dry my nails in the gel dryer twice at times but she only wanted my hands in there once! I had to ask to get a third coat not bc the color wasn't dark enough but bc the color wasn't spread evenly!!! Ughh, I just don't understand? I wish she would've taken more pride herself to make my nails look nice. I left with Coco taking my payment at the front which was $70 for a mani/pedi. I think this is a very good price and I usually tip 20$ on this but I only left 10$. Coco spoke excellent English yet made absolutely no conversation with me about anything and it was an easy day to say anything! It's a holiday! SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY GOODBYE, THANK YOU FOR COMING, HAVE A NICE DAY, NOTHING! I signed the slip said thank you and she took the slip and turned her back. She did however talk to multiple coworkers as we were walking to the register. I guess all he other manicurists at Creative have done such a great job on me that my standards were higher. When I walked to my car, in the natural light, I noticed nail paint all over my skin on my hands and my feet. Most likely bc Coco did not clean my hands properly. Nevertheless, it should have been removed. Great place! Coco just was not charming at all and did a rushed, very poor job. read more

When I called they told me they could seat me right away if I came within minutes, which wasn't an issues since I was turning into the parking lot. I asked how much it'd be for a fill for acrylic with gel on top and they said $35, after I got there they had me sit for about 10-15 minutes and I finally got seated. When the guy looked at my nails he asked if I wanted the same thing, I said yes, because the last person who did my nails(though at a different salon), did ombré for $30. I figured it shouldn't be much more. I didn't even ask for anything more. He asked if it was my first time there and I said yes. I did have one nail broken. When I got up to the counter to pay, the girl quoted me$46.. he apparently charged me for $38 for the ombré, $5 for my broken nail and additional for the coffin shape. This wasn't a brand new full set. All my nails are my own, except the finger that broke, and to think the charged me $46 for something I had done elsewhere for much less, and at several other locations for cheaper disturbs me. They didn't do a bad job but if you charge that much for nails, you better make sure it's flawless. Outside of feeling ripped off I guess the nails aren't horrible but this is what I get for going to a different place. The funny thing is I had just walked out of another place right before this just because I thought I could've gotten a better job else where and they were only charging $33. This is a lesson learned. They are great at helping with color choices and do a great pedicure. I am surprised by any negative comments - as I have had nothing but positive experiences there! I have been a happy client for over 6 months until this experience :( I went in to get my usual S&S dip right before going on vacation. Everything looked great, color was amazing , blue martini, got lots of compliments from friends , then the next day my left thumb corner cracked off. Knowing I was about to leave for a trip I went in right away and no problem to fix it. All was good until a 4 days after the first fix it started to crack in almost the same place , I knew I would just have to live with it :( On the 6th day another chip on a new nail and 7th day thumb on rt hand cracked which was the last straw. I had to call them to let them know how I felt something was not right, this has never happened in the past and I'm on vacation, no dishwashing, gardening, cleaning house , just vacation . I expressed my dissatisfaction with the girl at the desk , manager was not available so I asked her to relay message of my name I would be back from my trip on Friday to talk to him . By Friday I now had 4 out of 10 nails broken and was leaving for another week out of town on Saturday . I explained that something was not right with the original manicure and I wanted him to re-do all hands because I would not be able to come back for more repairs due to going out of town. The manager called over the technician that originally did my hands and was talking in their language while he was taking my polish off. He asked what color I wanted I said I love the color and if you don't think it is the polish causing the issue then I will keep the same . He said it is not the polish. After it was all off he brought me the colors to choose from and I was confused , he told me to pick another color. I usually got French so I told him to do French and I would pay the difference for French which is $5. While he was doing my nails he never spoke to me while saying hi to other customers in English . He would sigh a lot during the the whole process. The manicure was very nice as usual, before this very odd occurrence. I go up to the desk to pay for the French part and she said $20 . I told her she must be mistaken , she got the manager to come talk to me and he said their policy is no free repairs past 7 days. I told him I called and couldn't come in because I was out of town. I said to him , you are willing to lose a customers over this little amount? He went on to talk about the cost of the products and then told the girl to charge $20 and told me he didn't care if I didn't come back . I told the poor girl not to worry it was not her fault , she looked very embarrassed . I gave her a $20 bill and told her I would not be using their services again. read more

Let me start by saying I've been to this nail salon a bunch. The last time I went there, I had a pedi and gel manicure done in an hour. 2 techs at the same time. I was blown away. Both were done fantastically. Today I went to get a gel mani and the tech I had this time said NOT ONE WORD to me the entire visit. I asked her to make my nails shorter and she gave me "tude." Now my nails are misshapen, I have one nail much longer than the rest of my hand. Honestly, it doesn't look like a professional did it. It looks like I did it. Waste of $. I don't think I'll be back. First off, made an appointment head of time for 4 girls, even said "we don't all four have to sit together." We showed up about 15 minutes before our appointment but still didn't get seated until 25 minutes after our appointment time. Oh, and by 12:45, 45 minutes after our appointment time, they hadn't even gotten started on one of the girls. She ended up just skipping out so that we didn't miss our lunch reservations.
