I don't know if the…read morelanguage barrier is what caused the misunderstanding but I originally went in for a couples massage and facial but then the ladies are coming to me saying for massage it would be in one room and the facial would have to be in another but then another lady came to us saying we can just stay in one room and she even said with her own words that we are actually getting a better deal than our original services so I was under the impression we were gonna get a facial and scalp massage & body massage, because I specifically asked if we were still gonna get the body massage and she said yes and smiled, but we only got scalp massage and facial and at the end of the session they said we were done I asked them what happened to the body massage and again she didn't understand me and asked for a tip. As for the facial they didn't ask me what kind of facial I wanted. I was gonna ask for an extracting facial but instead they did what they wanted to do and just rubbed essential oils on my face and by the time I left my acne was so irritated and red and the next day I started breaking out more. For the scalp massage it was nice but they didn't do anything special that my hair stylist doesn't do already when she washes my hair at the hair salon.
