I am so grateful to have found Elizabeth at Kayla Jeanne Aesthetics-- this was better than my experiences at Rescue Spa and I wasn't upcharged for every additional treatment. To start, we briefly chatted about my skin/problem areas/my concerns, she listened carefully and reassured me that we would address everything. She went above and beyond. During our session, she paid close attention to detail, she explained the reason for each treatment and I left feeling glowy and confident. At other estheticians I've seen, I've left feeling blotchy and red, not wanting to show my face until the next day. I left Elizabeth with glowy skin and zero redness. The space is welcoming and comfortable and they take cleanliness very seriously with added protocols to keep clients safe during the pandemic. After this lockdown, I'm really looking forward to going back!

I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out.
