The girls are always friendly and always patient with me when I have questions. They do push products, but they do it at all the locations. I wouldn't say these girls are pushy as they are just doing the job they were hired to do. In my experience, if I tell them no, they don't push beyond that. I have purchased some of their products and will say I have enjoyed the quality of the products and can tell a difference when I use them and when I don't. I usually wait until they have their special event discount pricing to purchase my products. I don't remember what discount I received on products when I signed up, but it was a good discount. I really enjoy this Edmond location and feel that it's worth the money for the membership IF you really get good use out of it as there is far more than tanning offered.

In addition I was held up again before being taken back by the "tote options" of skin care products. This is all unfortunate because these services have value. But without the right customer service skills, I have no interest. The rep was calling corporate when I left so that I could get a respray. And I would also have additional fees. I waited sunday and here it is monday and no contact. I would not do business with this company. And give them your banking information. They are not honest.
