We had an amazing experience. They're friendly and talented. I love that the business is run by family. The location is large and can have a large party there, if needed. Make sure to call ahead though, to ensure there are enough techs. They do a really good job of being efficient. They'll have one person get you started and then you'll have someone else paint your nails if it's a busy day. Their pricing is comparable to other salons and if you ask them pricing up front, they are very transparent. You can also bring in photos you see on Pinterest and they'll know the color almost immediately. They have even done sample nails so you can see the color. They're really great!

I opted out because I already do my own eyebrows but my daughter went for it. She guided Kayla back to the waxing room and told me to wash my hands and sit in the first chair. While I was washing my hands another customer came in and she told her to sit in the chair close to me. When they came out she started working on the last customers nails. I was a little paturbed. Then another lady comes in the front door and sits down opposite me asking me to pick out colors. I chose two and she took off my old nails and started filing...and filing..and filing. Then she put on some square short nails, I told her twice that I wanted them rounded but she must have been in some kind of conversation with the other lady cause I think she only stopped talking to catch her breath. After getting the nails one, she filed more, getting them rounded was I guess out of the question. She didn't even push my cuticle back or do a cuticle remover. Then while I had my eyes closed to just relax she painted my nails. She used the wrong color on my ring fingers!! I told her again what number it is supposed to be, she said, " I'll fix it". She ended up putting the right polish over the other. It didn't look like it should of at all. I was giving my daughter "looks" constantly and just let her finish. She massaged my hands and arms with lotion and oil, squeezing my fingers together, which felt like I was cutting myself since filed everywhere but the sharp corners. She told me it would be $35 for nails and $8.00 for the eyebrow waxing. I was a little surprised when Kayla, my daughter wanted to get her nails done also. She chose the same color as mine but a different color for her ring fingers. It didn't take that same lady long at all and she hardly filed her nails unlike mine, I'm shocked I still have any nails! She painted them then got up to leave. I asked her if she could get me a rewards card and she pointed at the first worker and went out the door. The other lady was giving pedicures at this time. She came and swiped the card without washing or disinfecting her hands. My daughter was wondering what happened to her hand and arm massage. It was $93.00 by the end, which didn't sound right at all but we paid and left never to return again!
