She's very professional and explains each step, which is great for someone who has so many allergies. I had not gotten a facial before prior to coming here, so the step-by-step explanation really put me at ease. After the second facial, I really did see good results. My skin was happier and I felt better. Taylor taught me the steps to properly moisturize and exfoliate my skin and made recommendations to products that helped decrease my rosacea. They have a membership, which I joined after my third facial. Sadia is an absolute gem! She is very sweet and knowledgeable. I loved every second of my facial. She gave me the option of a nap time silent facial or an educational facial. I had my first facial at Glow labs today. I chose to do the custom facial so I didn't really know what to expect. My last facial which was years ago gave me a really bad reaction so in part that's why it's been so long(at a different company). My esthetician was Sadie and she was so nice and welcoming right from the beginning. Once I was in the room she gave very clear and brief instructions on how to prep for the facial. She asked if I would like an informative or silent facial which I thought was amazing to ask that. We decided to do a combo of both I really had some questions about my skin. I told her my concerns and she addressed every single one of them. We started with a wash then went on to a few peels and exfoliator then onto extractions and moisturizer . During the whole experience she was so professional and I could tell she genuinely cares about not only her clients but the actual work that goes into the job. She gave me some tips and products I should be using and she was very Thorough in explaining everything. Daiana is extremely knowledgeable, tailors care to your skin, recommends skin care regiments but does not push products and often recommends cheaper amazon alternatives. I love that she always remembers to include neck and décolletage area and while you have a face mask on, she will massage and moisturizes your hands or massage your neck, none of that awkward just lying there periods. The spa itself is nicely done, modern and warm place with focus on details like charging station, sanitary products and hair products in the bathroom. Amazing. I have been seeing a dermatologist for a few months because of how bad my skin has gotten. I never had bad acne before, but over the past several months I have had it worse than I ever have in my whole life. I wish I had went to see Daiana sooner because she is truly amazing. Just one hour with her and I already see my skin significantly improving. She worked with the medications I am on from my doctor and adjusted my facial to best fit my needs. Dermatologists barely give you 5-10 minutes of their time and write a prescription, but Daiana really gives you the time and works with what you need! I had my first appointment with Daiana today and am thrilled with the results! I was a little nervous before going because I haven't gotten many facials and my skin is very sensitive but Daiana helped me choose the perfect facial for my skin type. She even recommended things I could use in my daily skin care routine to prevent some of the issues I have with my skin. Daiana is very knowledgeable and very sweet. I enjoyed the facial very much. She was careful to ask about allergies and extractions were very gentle. Her studio is extremely clean and comfortable. After about 10 minutes she has designed my new skin care routine and after only two days of using what she recommended my acne has calmed down tremendously.
