She made feel relaxed and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my whole visit. She listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a facial and if I ever had one before. It was as if I was there with a friend. After the facial, she was very thorough explaining the aftercare process and referred to some great products they offer.
