Kim is great. She does an excellent even job, is quick, clean, and gets down to business. She sets up and takes down all of her equipment with ease and without damaging anything in our house. She bring her own wipes to ensure lack of staining on finger and toe nails, stickies for your feet so the bottoms don't get a ton of solution, and a drying hose so you don't have to worry about any dripping or spotting. She's worked around scheduling, been flexible with timing and communicated clearly and often whenever I reach out.
