Since their operating hours are the usual business hours, I had to come on my lunch break. According to the reviews, it usually takes about 15 mins in and out. My appointment was at 1:15, I arrived at 1:10, but I think the person before me started late so Natalie couldn't take me in until 1:25. Ten minute wait time is not terrible at all, but since I snuck out on my lunch - time is of the essence! The whole process took about twenty mins in total, including getting in and out of clothes. I made the mistake of thinking I can get waxing done after a couple of days, but Natalie said no - unless it's for the girl downstairs. Other than that no waxing any other body parts. I do not have the greatest body and standing butt naked in front of a stranger was almost as uncomfortable as can be imagined. But Natalie had NO wandering eyes, maintained eye contact with me the entire time. (Bless you for that) Shes very polite, it was in and out really. I took off one star because of the receptionist. Natalie said no bra after spraying, and of course I didn't have a bag on me. So I went out of the room holding onto my bra....I asked the girl in front for a bag and she looked like she was not having it. (LOL) I then paid and then she tried to sell me a package.. 5 for $495 or 1 for $69.. (I might've heard wrong and I hope I did) because 5 single times is $345 so I'm not sure how the 5 for $495 would be a "package deal" exactly. And when she said bye, she looked like she was grieving for someones death. (my condolences if you really were) The girl she was training smiled and greeted me bye. LOL if you're not in the state to do customer service, maybe you should take a 5 min breather. Nonetheless, i would come back. Natalie was great. This tan looks great and super natural.

Jackie informed me that anything they do would fade considerably by the time my event came around. She said she would ask her boss for a recommendation in California and call me back. Within five minutes, she called me back with the name of a salon in California. They went above and beyond without knowing me. They were honest with me as to what the results would look like if I did it a week ahead of time, even if it meant losing the business. When I do decide to use a tanning salon in New York, this will be the only place I will be calling. This is old school customer service at its best!

Laura is an expert and provides you with all of the prep tips beforehand to make sure your skin is ready to develop the perfect glow. When she arrived with all of her products and the booth I was amazed at how quickly she set up. Then she provided the most luxurious experience- spraying me with a primer and then the tan and then a third spray , after which she used a soft hand brush to massage the tanner into my skin for a flawless result. My tan developed perfectly - no streaks, completely smooth and even everywhere (even on my fingers that can often be a tricky spot). The color is completely natural and glowing, not orange and no smell. I received so many compliments on the tan - people thought I was away on vacation. After Experiencing this spray tan I'll only book with Laura's "Skip the Sun". Highly , highly recommend this experience for everyone!

She's a super cool little, bubbly (fun bubbly, not annoying bubbly) firecracker who knows. her. SH*T. She was so unbelievably detailed and touched upon every single question I had before I even had to ask it. She's super professional, yet so friendly and likable that you almost forget she's not just your BFF! We did two days of intensive training. The first day, we did intros, went over all the info in the super-comprehensive packet she gives her students, she answers any and all questions, goes over the technique, etc. In between all of that, she ordered a really yummy lunch to be delivered to the office, which was a cute little touch. The second day, I watched her spray a client, then got some practice in myself, topped off by my very own airbrush tan, which was flawless, of course! :) Training is all during the day, finishing up around 6pm-ish the first day and 4pm-ish the second, so there's time to go have a nice dinner afterward, or just walk around the city. Afterward, you have three months of unlimited calls/emails/texts/conference calls to go over anything and everything with Heather, like questions that pop up over the technique or how to fold the tent or how to build your website. It was an amazingly awesome experience, and I honestly felt like she gave me the tools I needed to feel confident in starting my business, which I officially did within two months of my training. I can't recommend her enough, AWESOME!!!!
