I have quite a few dark age spots, some wrinkles both fine and deeper and broken capillaries near my nose. The broken capillaries cleared up immediately and stayed away for a few months. But the Triniti is supposed to do a lot more than that. But even with as many treatments as I had they aren't gone for good. The sun spots and age spots did NOT CHANGE at all. I didn't have any of the coffee grounds results or darkening of those spots that EVERY dermatologist says SHOULD happen. As a matter of fact I have a picture of a before I had any laser treatments, or any type of facial treatment done. Then compare that to the way those same spots looked after 8 Triniti treatments. NO RESULTS or CHANGES at all. Every single age spot, sun spot etc are EXACTLY the same in before and after pictures. Bottom line, this was a waste of my time and money. I should have known there laser system was crap when I could leave and my face didn't even look pink on some visits. Yes I did complain and the manager at the time gave me one free treatment and then she quit and went elsewhere. The first person who did the treatment didn't write down anything and from what I've learned from leading dermatologists that it is important so the lasers can be set correctly on next visits. So it was a worthless visit too. I've done a great deal of research and spoken to a few dermatologists in the area about why this could happen. Bottom line is they probably are using a cheap foreign laser system, and not the type you would find in a medical setting. Just know I don't want anything from this spa to make up for basically taking my money and zero results. I've tried to work with the local office and the Dallas office. I can tell you all they will do is give you reasons it's some how your fault. But based on what I've read and more, there are zero reasons someone should have zero results after that many treatments to sun and age spots. That's coming from a doctor. So, don't waste your money. Go somewhere that has a good laser. You will pay more but in the end it will be worth it to get results. Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.
