Definitely listen to the bad reviews at this place. I got Botox on July 31st and it's gone. I called and they have blamed everything on me and my metabolism, won't help me because of a two week policy they have which I was not told about even though they say I was (the lady on the phone wasn't the one who did my botox), and it was still there at two weeks anyway. The lady I talked to offered me no help. She wouldn't let me speak and just explained their policies over and over again. At the end of the day, it's been barely a month and a half and my botox is gone. They were the ones who told me how many units I needed, and about aftercare. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company. It wasn't until after documents and agreements were signed that I was notified the doctors schedule. Once reviewing my availability and hers I told her our schedules did not line up. She provided me the information to be able to reschedule on my own time. Roughly 24 hours later I emailed stating I wanted to cancel everything and got no response. Canceling reason - lack of availability; regardless if I wanted the serves or not our schedules conflicted I did email after hours so I will give them that one. However, I called the next morning (within 48 hours of my consultation) Not only was the representative short tempered and disrespectful by talking over me and raising her voice. As I was asking questions just to get a better understanding of it all. I was told that although I wanted to cancel it would still show on my credit report I would have unpaid loans for the service I would not be receiving. I called again trying to request what was discussed in writing. Not just once but twice was there some sort of e-signature singed to things I was not aware I legally agreed to. Putting me in a position to where even if taken to authorities or reporting to dispute the charges I would be at fault and liable to pay. Eventually speaking to a supervisor and requesting these "documents". I still have yet to be provided these agreements binding me to payments of services I would not be receiving. I also requested the recording of the phone call to certify I was properly informed. They said I would have to get an eternity involved just to receive them and "either way there is no point because there were documents signed" that I was not aware was signed in my behalf. It makes me sad because I did build a good repore with the doctor. She was so kind, her enthusiasm of her craft made me so excited for the treatment. Sophie did my lip filler about 6 days ago and I am Beyond obsessed! It was my first time getting lip fillers. Just by looking at the before pictures she took of me she knew exactly what I needed to suite my face. She was very gentle and she made me feel very comfortable. I have made multiple attempts by phone, I either get a message stating the office is closed during business hours or that a representative will be calling me to reschedule an aappointment. I have also wrote two Instagram message and wrote two emails, I have stopped making payment hoping maybe that will trigger your system to call me back. NOTHING! NO LUCK! The lady sold me $8,000.00 worth of services that were not needed, just after my money. This has been such a disappointment. 5 Star Service My adventure started virtually with a nice lady named Ashlee. She explained all procedures that I was interested in along with some additional suggestions for skin concerns that I had. After speaking with her I did my online research and noticed some concerning post from previous clients at this Colleyville Ideal Image location. So I called her back and she answered my questions & addressed all of my hesitations. Today I had my first BBL with Shannon at the Colleyville location. Very impressed with her knowledge and explanations of each part of the process. I signed up for laser hair removal treatment at the end of May in 2019. As explained to me, the treatment would take the better part of 18 months with treatments required no sooner than every 6 weeks. Early in 2020 the office closed due to the pandemic and remained closed for 4-5 months. Once reopened, communications were sent out that we could return once we felt comfortable and there would be no impact to our contracts. Over the course of my treatment, the nurses treating me elected not to treat each body part (zone) due to sun exposure, but they assured me that I would still be able to receive the treatments I paid for to achieve the desired results. As of two weeks ago, I had not reached the "end" of treatment on any zone and was headed in for a scheduled appointment. Upon arriving I was told I could not be treated unless I paid my outstanding balance; note that my contract has been paid in full since early on and I should have no balance. I asked why I had a balance and they stated that I had "touch-up" fees from a visit in December of 2020. Why there had been no notice of these fees at the time of the visit, or during any of my previous appointments in 2021 is unknown. Regardless, December would have been 19 total months since I started, and net 14 months given the COVID closure period. These fees are erroneous, but I was refused treatment unless I paid and was forced to leave without resolution. Upon leaving, I called customer service who had to escalate my concerns to a secondary department. The rep I spoke to was helpful and assured me I should not have any fees and that I still had treatments available on my plan. I was told the manager of the location would call me to resolve. After waiting a week and receiving no call, I called again yesterday. Customer service again told me I would receive a call back to address my concerns and nobody has returned my call. At this point, it is clear that Ideal Image has no intention of completing the treatment I have already paid for, nor do they care enough to return my call to resolve. I would not recommend this company, will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and seeking legal advice for recovering the thousands of dollars paid for treatments not completed. read more

I showed up, paid in cash, got sent to the back for my filler and found out then and there that I had to be over 21 and I couldn't have gotten the COVID vaccine 2 weeks within my appointment. How is anyone supposed to know that when the majority of people today are trying to get vaccinated or already got them? Wouldn't that be one of the first questions while consulting, emailing, scheduling, confirming the appointment, or payment?? How come my age didn't ring an alarm when I signed all those forms? You made me pay in full before even confirming my age? When I signed those forms it confirmed my age being over 18 and that's it, so this whole "you have to be 21 and up for any filler" should be clearly included on those forms too which weren't. Along with that, my consultant knew my age and proceeded with the meeting, giving me the heads up that I could get the filler. I went through the entire multi-step process, signed all sorts of documents, all for them to eagerly take my money without even confirming or informing me of what I think are the most basic things to disclose to a patient who is dishing out any sorts of money for services, especially in the time we're in right now with COVID being the main topic. I traveled 40 miles to get there and be turned down because of this locations lack of good communication. I am SO glad I paid in cash and got it back immediately after because later on after I left I got a call letting me know the ladies weren't supposed to give me my money back... wtf? I didn't get any services whatsoever because of their illogical policies and lack of information, and they have the audacity to just snatch my money? If I paid with credit/debit I wouldn't have ever seen my money again that I worked hard to save. What a slimy business, I definitely just feel like a dollar sign that an actual person, should've read the red flags while communicating with the consultant in how eager this place was with getting your money before anything else. I respect the ladies who were there during my appointment time. They were very sweet, helpful, and sympathetic about me not being able to get my filler and warranted me to be respectful and subdue my annoyances professionally, but if the supervisor was there who wanted to hold my money hostage, it would be a completely different story. You have to pay upfront for services when you don't really know how much services will be. When you do finally get an appointment they try to tell you everything that's wrong with you and sell you more unnecessary things. You end up feeling bad about yourself. Staff is not friendly, don't explain anything and are very short with you. It's just a sell, sell, sell mentality.The Botox only lasted a month. I'm fortunate that I have found a way better place that's reasonably priced, doesn't make me feel bad about myself and received amazing results. I will never use or trust this place again. I hate giving negative reviews, but don't want anyone to spend their money and receive what I did. First off, I went in to Ideal for botox injections. I have had botox for about three years. I moved out of state and was looking for a new place, so decided to try this place out. It's the first place I have ever been to that makes you pay for an amount without even telling you how much you actually need. The lady ask how much you want and if you don't need that much, you will have for a later time. I knew exactly how much I used in past so I just bought that amount. After paying you meet with a nurse via computer to make sure you can have botox...weird..yes! I would think they would do that before you paid over $300. The injector nurse was very nice lady and seemed to know what she was doing. She didn't put the full amount I usually get because she wanted to see how it would take, makes since right. I had an appt in two weeks to see how I was doing and if I needed more...Which I knew I would. Two weeks later another appt and I diffently needed more so she put the rest in. Another two weeks and I had two lines at the top of my forehead that needed more. So again I called and made an appt. Went in and had more put in...guess what two weeks and I still have the top lines, granted they are a tad better but not great. I don't know if she isn't positioning it right or if the solution they use is old or week. My 11's are ok but not up to the standards I had before. I went to Ideal Image in Colleyville, Texas last night for my free Laser Hair Removal consultation. Long story short, I left Ideal Image already completing my first round of Laser Hair Removal treatments! I cannot express how wonderful the customer service was and how knowledgeable the staff is. My consultation was at 6:00 PM, which lasted about 45 minutes, and an RN was able to squeeze me in a time slot after my consultation to perform my treatment. So so so amazing. I was so nervous to go because I've never had anything done and I just didn't know what to expect. I walked in to their beautiful building and at the front the sweetest girl greeted me. She was helping another guest but assured me she'd be right with me.. I said okay and sat and just looked around. When she was done checking her guest out she walk from around the desk to greet me with water and a few general questions about my ID and things that are procedure I assume. She made me feel right at home. I was called into Kelly's office for my consultation. WOW. When I tell you she's the sweetest/funniest person I'm not even joking. I could've talked to her for hours. She was so knowledgeable about every single service and didn't get annoyed with my million questions. She made me feel like she had the entire night to be with me. She also made it clear to me that she would do anything possible to help me with what I wanted to achieve. After sitting with her for about an hour, Chloe brought me to a room where she had me make some funny faces and marked my face, she had me sit down to start. She was so professional and kind. She asked me if I was okay throughout the entire thing and just made me feel really safe with her poking my face. She talked me through everything as well which I really liked. Not to mention they closed at 8 and started on me at 8pm..not that it took long at all but I was so happy that they helped me after already being closed and were so sweet about it. I return to Ideal Image in Colleyville because of the results. I do not have anything good to say about the scheduling process. I called at the end of Sept and was told that the October schedule was unavailable and that I would receive a call back to schedule. I never received a call so I left a voice mail to which no response was received. I finally got ahold of them and they were able to get me in for an 11:20am appointment on Sat. I called there was no answer so I advised I was in the parking lot as instructed. At noon, I finally just ran to the door as someone was coming out. Keep in mind that this is 40 minutes after my appointment. Alyssa was very nice and was doing her best since there was not front desk staff in the office. I had the cool sculpting done 10/2017 as a gift to myself. I called back after 12 weeks because I saw no results AT ALL and expressed that I was not satisfied. I was told someone would call me back. They never did. I had 8 sections done, I am average weight and was not expecting for a miracle. I was expecting those ugly fat pockets under my breasts and on my swimsuit lines to be gone.....nope, nothing changed. I paid over $6000.00 to have this done!!! I paid some in cash and financed the rest. As I pay my monthly payment I find myself very angry that I have been taken advantage of. My boyfriend kept telling me to call them back and see what they will do or call an attorney and sue them. I called them and went back in 09/08/2018 for my FIRST follow up appointment that I had to call and schedule because they never did call me. I think they were expecting for me to have gained weight so they could say it was my fault the procedure did not work. I had only gained 1 pound, and the nurse seemed disappointed. Yes, I waited a year, yes I should have called sooner, but even when I did call and go in I am still getting no where. I went to Ideal Image after I did a ridiculous amount of research about laser hair removal. Ideal Image is higher than some places offering laser, but they also do it right. They have licensed nurses that analyze the percentage of hair and the color to modify the laser to your needs. I hate shaving, so I really wanted my lowers legs and underarms done. I went during October of last year and got 70% off on the treatments which was amazing, and I'm halfway through the treatments on both areas. My underarms are close to hairless and my legs have had a 60% reduction. I still have half the treatments to go. The nurses are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the underarms take about 15 min to do. I love the results so far, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a permanent solution to shaving! read more

Ideal Image says they have evening and weekend hours, but there are never openings on evenings and weekends. I would book my next appointment 8-12 weeks ahead of time and there would be no openings. Not convenient for the working woman! As a side note, laser hair removal is NOT permanent - EVER - for ANY skin type and hair color! Please do not waste your money! Just an FYI - the FDA is currently investigating this claim of "permanent hair removal" and is going to force laser hair removal providers to say "hair reduction" not "hair removal". I really do not like to give bad reviews, but clients of this facility should go with their eyes open. I had the outer lip injections. Not the big baboon lips. The injections supposedly contained lidocaine to ease the pain. However, instead of injecting bottom to top or outer area to center, which would have allowed each subsequent injection to be placed within the lidocaine area, the "nurse?" did it opposite, and the pain was bad. After I suggested she do the injections as stated above, she said, "Oh, that makes sense." That makes sense? Shouldn't she already know that? read more
