Ashley is personable, fun, and never makes you feel weird (even when you are standing there with nothing on!) She makes the experience easy and is very professional. she customizes your tan by applying it herself with what I can best describe as a giant airbrush. She contours your body and makes sure it is perfect, and even dries you herself. her instructions for upkeep are clear and my tan always lasts at least a week, if not more. I can not recommend Ashley highly enough, and er prices really beat out those other chains who don't have such a personal and customized experience. I get tans for events generally, but since going to Ashely I got them more often just because it was worth it and the price was low enough to where I could do that just to help me feel better about the skin I am in!

It's always calm and quiet inside, no loud music playing which makes it an even better experience. The staff are friendly and make appointments go smoothly. One thing I really like is that they aren't pushy about buying a ton of extra stuff like some tanning places. I've never used the tanning beds here so I can't speak on that, but for a quick spray tan I'd say it's worth it!

Then to be extremely unhelpful for someone who has never had a spray tan done before, did not explain to them the different types of spray tans. Refused to help sign her up for an account and flat out told her she shouldnt get a spray tan for the event she was wanting one for. Overall she has ruined the experience of a first spray tan and sun tan city all together. Truly such a horrible customer service experience and will not go unnoted. She created a uncomfortable, humiliating and unpleasant environment to the point that others around were laughing due to seeing the frustration and how unhelpful the worker was.
