It's also a responsible way for them to identify and work out any kinks. This clinic is located in a strip mall and there was plenty of parking in the private lot. They currently have grand opening prices and taking same day appointments as well as scheduling for the future. We had a lot of questions because we've never done any injectables before. Jeff answered all our questions and there was no pressure at all to move forward. I appreciate that he would tell about the services then gave us time to think on our own while he addressed questions from other customers. We decided to get botox/xeomin for my partner's tense jaw pain. It's cool that botox/xeomin isn't just for cosmetics, but also used as therapy/treatment as well. Jeff had availability so we had our appointment right away. The service room was clean and spacious. The whole service took just minutes. From mapping the injection points to administering the xeomin. My partner reported they he was comfortable during the process. The checkout process did take a long time, but different staff jumped in to help it along. They apologized for the delay profusely and they honored the $50 grand opening discount as well as the gift card deal. In the end, we saved $100 off the opening price! Overall we got to learn a lot and it felt like a safe place for our first ever injection. And we got a great deal too.

Vanna has been an esthetician for 20 years and it absolutely shows. She is an expert on skin and makes a point to educate you during each step in the process. I called her this morning and she was able to fit me in on the same day later in the afternoon. When I arrived she took me in the back and I was immediately relaxed with the ambiance and aesthetic of the room. It had dim lighting, relaxing soft music, and it looked clean and sanitizer. As soon as I laid down, she asked me about my skin troubles and what I'm looking for. I decided on the 90 minute glassy glow facial and it did not disappoint. I told Vanna it was my birthday and she went above and beyond and added extraction and cupping for me For my facial Vanna did a double cleanse, an exfoliant, a face mask, and a few other skin treatments. She used a devine smelling rose oil for the massage and speaking of.... her massages were outstanding! She also checked in with me multiple times throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I really can't say enough positive things. I will continue to come to her for more facials - she is such a wonderful person I'm so grateful I found her.
