Conveniently located off the highway tucked away in a quiet spot I joined a Sunday Restorative Class. The space is nurturing and open. There are many loving touches that create a warm and welcoming space for practice. The class was lovely. The teachers had sound bowls, some Reiki and yoga. There were plenty of props to support the practice. I reviewed the April schedule and am excited to join more classes. This is quite a special spot.

We took a morning vinyasa practice. The teacher taught a creative sequence. There were strong Baptiste expressions and more of an ashtanga approach to alignment. As an instructor, I avoid offering specific alignment cues to new practitioners. Being corrected for my alignment by a teacher I do not know, turned me off a bit. However, I enjoyed the practice and the energy of the space.
