I used to Zumba quite a bit, and was always flustered by my lack of coordination, and tendency to over-heat rather quickly. Studio 12 has a group of devoted pros and novices, all there to have fun and work out, so I did not feel out of place even as a first timer. The music was great, and one of my favorite features was that the class was taught in very dim disco/club like lighting - perfect for getting your dance and sweat on! Would highly recommend this spot, it is clearly owned and operated by folks who love what they do, an do it well.

After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

A beautiful space run by beautiful women. Could not recommend it more!
