My nails have always lasted a long time after each visit. I've gotten gel extensions and fill-ins, and both have held up really well. There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. I expected a quiet, spa-like experience for my overpriced pedicure and was instead met with a cacophony of noise. Beyond disappointed in this dramatic downfall.

I had a flight to Italy the next day. I called to and from nails to see if they could potentially help me out. My nails were very thin and in so much pain. Unfortunately, they were completely booked up and cannot help me that same day, however, the manager told me to send in pictures of my nails to see what happened. Again, my nails were paper thin and you can see it in the photo. I received an email saying that they could try to squeeze me in the next day. Again, not to be dramatic, but it literally felt like my life was ending. The manager took time out of her own shift and help me with my nails. Although they couldn't do a complete removal (my nails were so brittle any type of shaving would cause more damage). I was treated with the utmost care. They did everything they could and save my nails. Honestly, so thankful for their time and generosity. I got to keep my nails for the trip to Italy and that made me really happy. Although I am from Houston the next time I am in Connecticut I will 100% be coming back to get the full experience.

I popped in to get my eyebrows down was sent to the back and had the owner Jessica work with me. She did an excellent job, she trimmed them and made sure they were perfect. For $8 dollars she goes over and beyond what most people do. Will be back again :)
