I spent $875 for a 2 step paint correction, ceramic coating and a wash. After 3 days the swirls started coming back into the paint. I texted Nate but barely a reply. They did nothing to help me with my problem. At first their customer service was amazing but after the problems with their products, they just ignore me and not help me find a middle ground for the solution. This place does AMAZING work!! My new car was full of 1.5 years worth of fruit loop, Cheerio, and fish cracker snack crumbs, glitter, pet hair, red Gatorade stains on the ceiling, and lots of dirt from several kids. They got everything!! It looks like it did when I pulled my brand new car off the lot and my leather seats are soft and slippery again. On top of that, the owner is very friendly and worked with my crazy, working mom schedule. Highly recommended!!! read more

I'd say an eight out of 10 as far as the cleaning went problems were after trying to get in touch with them regarding some missing trim from my vehicle . They did not return my calls or answer my text regarding the issue . They were very quick in the beginning answering my call to set up the appointment anyways I have several business vehicles , I will look other places have my work done read more

I have been here before with my Subaru Outback and was extremely happy with the job they did. So I went back this past Saturday. Same car. Price more than doubled! I asked for basic detail inside and outside. I understood I had to pay more for dog hair. However, when I picked up my car (no call saying it's ready), the young kid said we did a deluxe outside detail. I asked why, he handed me a rag and had me wipe my car and then his. I saw no difference. Anyway, yes the car looks great. However, the deluxe detail cost me an additional $80 that I didn't ask for. My Subaru Outback detail cost me $315. I called when I got home, hoping to let the owner know I wasn't happy. Left a voicemail that wasn't mean or anything. Just explained that I was not happy and why. This is a small business. You would think the owner would care and at least apologize for the misunderstanding etc. He never called me. I left a chat message on his website- still nothing. Very poor customer courtesy.
