Although they try to get you in same-day if you really need oil, they prefer to deliver the next day. We've got dogs, so the driver always calls 10-15 minutes out, which gives us time to bring the dogs in and clear the way for the oil to be delivered. We've never been disappointed with a driver, some are more "friendly" than others, but they all like our dogs and close and lock our gate when finished, which is a lot more than what we experienced with some of the bigger guys out of Newton and Needham.

I told them I would do it myself, and reinstalled the original thermostat, which worked fine. 2 months later (in December) the furnace stopped. I called them, they said they would try to get here that day. We waited all day with no response. They came the day after and said they needed to order a part, but could not tell us when it would arrive. Into the weekend, after 2 full days without heat, they said to get heat on the weekend would cost $1200, or $700 if we waited until Monday or Tuesday. We chucked them and called another company. That company said this was a common problem and should have been caught in the inspection. They could come on the weekend to do it for $1000, or do it on Monday for $500. I shouldn't have called back after the thermostat issue, but I sure won't call again, and recommend anyone else also look elsewhere
